Activision Pulls James Bond Games From Online Stores

January 6, 2013 | Posted by Jeremy Thomas

Activision has yanked all of the various James Bond-related games from online stories. Digital Spy reports that Quantum of Solace and 007 Legends are no longer available in Activision’s online store or through Steam, and that all of those games and GoldenEye Reloaded are no longer available on Xbox Live or the PSN.

The sole game available through any online venue is James Bond 007: Blood Stone, which is still listed in Games For Windows Live although it is not in any of the other online stores. No comment from Activision as to why, but it may have something to do with the James Bond license. Activision’s deal with MGM and EON is not supposed to expire until next year.
