Boxer Lennox Lewis Explains His Love Of MMA

In an interview with MMA Junkie, former boxer Lennox Lewis spoke about why he’s at Bellator 158 and why he’s a fan of MMA.

He said: “Fighters love to see fights. It’s appealing to me because I’m a fighter and I look at a situation when two guys are fighting (and think about) what I would do. It’s amazing what these guys can come out with – what type of moves these guys can come out with. And the strikes from the feet – I didn’t know you could get so much power from your foot. Some of these guys let go of kicks, and it’s amazing.”

Lewis retired in 2003 after fourteen years as a boxer, even winning Olympic gold.
