CB Dollaway Considering Legal Action After Elevator Incident During UFC 203 Weekend

September 22, 2016 | Posted by Larry Csonka

MMA Fighting reports that C.B. Dollaway’s manager Dave Martin said that the fighter is considering legal action after the elevator accident during UFC 203 weekend in Cleveland earlier this month. Martin claimed that Dollaway has a wedged disc in his neck and a compressed disc in his lower back due to that. His doctors in Sioux Falls, South Dakota told him not to have surgery. Instead, he’s started a rehab program in Phoenix.

Martin said: “Somebody is going to answer for this. I’ll tell you that much. I still don’t have an incident report.

Dollaway was stuck in the elevator of the Wyndham Hotel with Urijah Faber, Fabricio Werdum, Yancy Medeiros, Brad Tavares and others for several minutes after the weigh-ins on September 9. He was the only one who was injured, forcing him to back out of his fight with Francimar Barroso after weighing in.
