Conor McGregor has applied for a boxing license in Nevada, shortly after signing his side of a deal for a fight with Floyd Mayweather. MMAjunkie has confirmed that McGregor has submitted an application for a license with the Nevada State Athletic Commission, who are now “awaiting the rest of the documentation required.”

Dana White said on Wednesday that he’s completed negotiations with McGregor for the potential fight with Mayweather, saying, “I’m not saying the fight will happen. I got one side done; now it’s time to work on the other. If we can come to a deal with (Mayweather adviser Al) Haymon and Mayweather, the fight’s going to happen.”
