Conor McGregor Reportedly in Talks to Appear on Game of Thrones

Conor McGregor could be headed to Hollywood. Belfast Live reports that according to a source, the UFC lightweight champion is in talks to make an appearance on Game of Thrones in one of the final two seasons of the HBO hit series.

Neither McGregor nor HBO have confirmed the report, it must be said. However, McGregor’s recently said that HBO has been interested in putting McGregor on one of their shows “for a while.” The fighter also has a Thrones connection, having trained with Hafthor Julius Bjornsson (better known as The Mountain) in December of 2015 while preparing to fight Jose Aldo for UFC 194.
