Conor McGregor’s Re-Hearing Set For Next Week
Conor McGregor will get his re-hearing in front of the NSAC next week. MMAjunkie reports that the commission will re-hear McGregor’s case regarding his altercation with Nate Diaz at a media call before their bout at UFC 202 which saw the two throw water bottles at each otgher.
The NSAC had initially fined McGregor $75,000 with another $75,000 ordered to be paid for a NSAC-branded public service announcement against bullying. McGregor told the commission “good luck trying to get it” and petitioned the Clark County civil court for a legal review. He has since received a boxing license in California and said he would persue one with the NSAC, who said he could do so once the legal matter was cleared up.
