Juliana Lima Says She’s Learned From Past Mistakes

– Juliana Lima recently spoke with mmajunkie.com, here are the highlights…

On Learning From Past Mistakes: “I’ve learned from the mistakes of my last fight,” Lima said. “If I’m at the bottom, it’s a waste of time to throw up submissions. It’s better to get back on my feet. On the last fight, there was a last minute change. I was supposed to have fought Jessica Andrade, so there wasn’t enough time to adapt. Today I feel much more confident. My movement is much better, so I’m no longer an easy target. I’ve also been working hard on my cardio. I’m a tough opponent for anyone. I expect a great fight. Who knows – we might get a fight bonus.”

On Fighting J.J. Aldrich at UFC Fight Night 102: “Expect to see a complete display of mixed martial arts,” Lima said. “We’re putting on a show.”
