MMA Fighting reports that Kelvin Gastelum vs. Tim Kennedy is official for UFC 206. Gastelum has been cleared of his suspension from the New York State Athletic Commission (NYSAC). He was suspended for six months for not showing up to weigh-ins before UFC 205 in New York, but the matter was settled with a $2,000 fine just before an appeal hearing.

UFC 206 happens on December 10 at the Air Canada Centre in Toronto. The fight was announced on UFC Fight Night 101, but was pending commission approval.
