Ning Guangyou Out of UFC on FOX 21 Due to VISA Issues

According to mmajunkie.com, the bantamweight fight between Ning Guangyou (5-3-1 MMA, 2-1 UFC) and Marlon Vera (7-3-1 MMA, 2-1 UFC) at UFC on FOX 21 has been scrapped.
