Pedro Nobre Won’t Make The Same Mistakes He Did at Titan FC 37

Pedro Nobre spoke with MMAjunkie about his fight with Sid Bice at Titan FC 38 tomorrow. Some highlights are below:

On his loss at Titan FC 37 in March: “Last time, I was away from the sport for a year and a half, when I came back to challenge for the belt. After the loss, I received a lot of messages saying that I wasn’t the usual aggressive Pedro Nobre against Elliott. I’m usually someone unafraid to fight. I did feel the lack of activity and I made strategic errors. I won’t make those mistakes again.”

On his financial situation: “Unfortunately, Brazil is not in a good situation at the moment. Government corruption is widespread, sadly. This crisis has affected Brazilians of every economic class. I have a daughter so I worry about winning, so I have enough money to bring home. I do think that worry was a factor in my last fight.”

On Bice: “He has nothing to lose. I personally cannot afford to lose. I’ve studied him well. He’s more dangerous than Tim Elliott. I have to be mindful of that. I’m training hard to put on a show. I’m going to fight moving forward now, so I can have the opportunity to contend for the belt again.”
