Yair Rodriguez Says His Foot Isn’t Broken
During last night’s UFC 192, featherweight Yair Rodriguez (6-1 MMA, 3-0 UFC) got a unanimous decision win over Daniel Hooker (12-6 MMA, 2-2 UFC). After the bout, Rodriguez suggested that his foot may be broken. Fans thought so too, posting the following photos on Twitter:

While talking to Joe Rogan after the fight, Rodriguez looked uncomfortable standing on his foot, which was swelling up.
However it looks like everything’s okay now. During the post-fight press conference, he said: “It’s not broken. The doctors said it’s just a severe contusion. I think, in a couple weeks, it’ll be all right.”
