Zoila Frausto Discusses a Possible Fight With UFC Champion Joanna Jedrzejczyk

– Former Bellator women’s flyweight champion Zoila Frausto recently spoke with MMAjunkie.com, here are the highlights…

On Fighting Any UFC Strawweight: “At this point in my career, I believe I can fight any of them. If they were to give me a title shot against Joanna (Jedrzejczyk) next week, and take this one off, I’d be more than happy to.”

On Joanna Jedrzejczyk: “I think I match up well with Joanna,” Frausto said. “Nobody’s going to be able to outmuscle her, nobody is going to be able to sit there and strike with her. Nobody wants to. Who the hell is going to do that? Nobody. Everybody’s going to try and wrestle her and take her down and I have the power to stand up and strike with her. Not only that, but if she wants to wrestle … she’s obviously not going to want to wrestle, because I think I have a lot more experience in that as well. I’ll be there striking with her, she’s going to be trying to take me down, like everybody else. Especially in that weight class, where I’ll be bigger and stronger and faster with strikes.”
