Jessica Simpson’s Weight Watchers Diet Plan Revealed
TMZ has details on just how Jessica Simpson was able to lose sixty pounds after her pregnancy. She followed a strict Weight Watchers diet for four months that included low-fat smoothies, protein and vegetables.
The plan was put together by Simpson’s former private chef. It follows the Weight Watchers point system with menu items like egg white omelets, chicken satays, whipped chick peas, soba noodles, and shrimp skewers.
It began in July with a 15-day smoothie diet: five days of three smoothies a day, with two healthy snacks; five days of two smoothies a day with two healthy snaks and one meal; and five days of one smoothie a day (with two snacks and two meals).
