Kanye West Trying To Get Photos Of Him In A Kilt Banned
The Sun reports that Kanye West is demanding that all photos of him in a leather kilt from the 12-12-12 concert for Sandy Relief be banned. He’s asked Getty Images to delete every photo from the event.
While that one design has been removed, the website still has other photos of West in a kilt.
He was mocked over the outfit by Chris Brown. West’s request came after Lord Jamar released a diss track against West called “Lift Up Your Skirt”. Lyrics include: “He introduced the skinny jeans to the rap scene/Then he wore a f***ing skirt on the video screen/Then he wore it again at a memorial/I can’t pretend this sh*t ain’t deplorable.“
West also wore the kilt during the Watch the Throne tour last year. He’s also wore on, in addition to a red balaclava to a fashion show in Paris last month. The balaclava was possibly a reference to Spider-Man. He wore a white kilt with a feathered animal mask at a show in in Atlantic City in December.
Kim Kardashian recently admitted that he would be designing clothes for their baby. No word on if those designs include kilts.
