Keith Richards Says The Rolling Stones Could Go Another Ten Years
The Rolling Stones are currently running their fiftieth anniversary World Tour, but Keith Richards is already looking ahead to the sixtieth. Richards spoke with Classic Rock magazine and said that he could see the band making it another ten years at least.
“I’ve been hooked on everything once or twice in my life,” said Richards. “The one thing I can’t kick is playing with The Rolling Stones. All these zeros that keep zooming by… 30, 40, 50 years. I don’t really see any reason why there shouldn’t be a 60th. Either that or we croak on the job.”
The band played Glastonbury last night, portions of which aired on the BBC.
