Led Zeppelin in Talks to Offer Full Catalogue on Streaming Services
Led Zeppelin could well be coming to a streaming service near you in short order. The New York Times reports that the band is in talks with various music services including Spotify, Rdio and Rhapsody to put their back catalogue on the services. The band has been traditionally hesitant to move into the digital arena; their albums were not available on iTunes until 2007.
The band would join Metallica among recent groups who have joined streaming services; Metallica signed a deal to stream their full catalogue with Spotify at the end of 2012.
