Soulja Boy Cuts Plea Deal in Felony Gun Case
Soulja Boy has reached a plea deal in the felony gun case against him. TMZ reports that the rap star cut a deal with prosecutors on charges of felony possession of an assault weapon and being a felon in possession of a firearm, which were levied after funs were found at his home in December. Soulja initially pled not guilty but has changed his plea to no contest.
The deal sees Soulja receive five years of probation and a sentence of 240 days of community labor. He is not allowed to threaten anyone or possess any deadly weapons, not can he possess replica or toy guns. He will be allowed to travel outside of the US for work as long as it is cleared his probation officer in advance.
