411’s TNA Impact Report 7.08.15

*Welcome*
*Match times are not exact*

Tonight the Reign of Ethan Carter III begins, and “Trouble” salutes us. Ethan enters backwards in snazzy black and a beige tie, alongside Tyrus. Carter takes the mic to address the crowd.

“I believe everyone in the world is paying attention to the unpinned, unsubmitted, undefeated, unbeateable, TNA WORLD Heavyweight Champion, Ethan Carter the 3rd, E C III.”

The time is now, he is the undisputed Championah, and the greatest living wrestler alive. Due to Dixie Carter, he is in charge of tonight’s festivities. He has booked a card, wall to wall, rock em sock em kickbutt action in the Impact Zone. The main event will see EC3 defend the title three times.

“CREATURES!”

Matt Hardy makes his way out, he wants a title shot for the belt. Remember, he helped Carter by softening up Angle. He ain’t a fan, he took Kurt to the limit to prove he belongs in the TNA World Heavyweight Title Picture. Howsabout Matt 4 Champ? Everybody seems to approve, calling on his twitter army to trend #Matt4Champ. Carter considers… and regretfully declines.

Matt threatens Ethan and Tyrus steps in to a “Barney” chant. EC3 already had Matt booked in a tag match, but since Jeff is injured, Hardy has to face off with The Dirty Heels by himself.

Matt Hardy vs The Dirty Heels

The Heels attack as Matt fights off Roode and Aries, hitting an inside cradle on Austin but gets two. Matt tries again and gets it broken up to pummel Hardy down. EC3 has joined us for commentary, saying he will defend tonight three times. Inside the ring Bobby Roode punches down Matt, sizing up his opponent and Matt takes the break to fight but gets taken down by a shot to the face. Roode snaps the front face suplex, and makes the tag out to Aries. Austin steps in and both hit the wishbone. Bobby climbs outside as Aries hits the clap and distracts the Ref as Bobby gets in the cheap shot. A legal tag and Bobby hits the kneelift then ducks for the drop and Matt wraps in the White Light Experience, his version of the Icepick! Austin interferes, double boot wash and officially tags as Matt wraps in the WLE as well!

Austin escapes as Pope gives EC3 the business for making this a handicap match. Matt fights off violently, cleaning both off their boots then charging the clothesline to bulldog Aries as he kicks off Roode! Bobby hits the mat as Matt riles the crowd and Twist of Fate on Aries no! Roode attacks and Matt hits one on him instead! Aries hits from behind, lifts and does not get the Brainbuster as Matt tries for the suplex and Aries falls on top, Roode locking the leg from the outside and it’s over.

OFFICIAL RESULT: Austin Aries at 5:03 with Roodeterference

The Rising are in the ring as Drew Galloway officially announces the stable is finished. With Drake on crutches and Micah looking forlorn, Drew says there is a need for someone to #StandUp and fight the manipulation of the system by the Beatdown Clan. Eli apologizes, thanking Galloway for bringing him into TNA. Drew promises the BDC that their time is coming. Wrestling is the oldest sport in the world and will outlive them all. The fans cheer as Galloway says the roster of TNA means the future is bright. Orlando agrees, chanting for the renegade promotion.

“The Night is always darkest before the dawn”

Galloway is pissed as Ethan mock cries. Saying through his tears that #StandUp is something beautiful. And it’s a damn shame that Galloway has no partners as the violin will play Drew’s stable to the end. So here comes a three on one handicap match,

The Revolution (Abyss, Manik & Khoya) vs Drew Galloway

All three jump Drew in the corner and Abyss is all punches to the face. Khoya telling Abyss he can take him as both face off, and Manik tries the arm scissors but Drew powers to launch Manik to a corner. Abyss and Khoya beat into Drew, Abyss choking the man across the second rope. The double whip and Drew kicks from the duck and hangman’s neckbreaker on Abyss! Khoya sky high on Drew and Abyss breaks it up!

Khoya slaps Abyss and kicks him down as Drew attacks Khoya from behind! Both Abyss and Khoya sent to to the floor as Manik hits the flying crossbody from the top and Drew catches for the backbreaker! Manik rises as Drew hits the flying kick! That is it!

OFFICIAL RESULT: Drew Galloway at 2:14, Kick to the Face

ANDERSON butters up Carter, offering his services, saying he’d love a title fight but EC3 says he’s facing Bram next. Thanks for the kind words though. Anderson vs Bram, next.

Mr. Anderson vs Bram

In the time it took Anderson to say his name, Bram signed another multi-year contract. On his way to the ring, fresh on his hardcore streak as of late, he has destroyed pretty much everyone who’s got in his way. They chronicle the destruction in his wake, as Bram paces, the veteran Anderson locking up. Rear wasitlock as Anderson takes him down on his front, swims to the front facelock, Bram counters into the hammerlock, Anderson rises to reverse. Bram down on his face, and Mr. Anderson takes a shot as Bram rises to elbow free. A shot to Anderson and battles him from pillar to post. Wild shots across the face as Bram sends the whip but Anderson hits the clothesline, a swinging neckbreaker, over the shoulders for the Steamroller but Bram escapes and kicks free, Anderson catches and Steamroller anyway!

SWANTON off the top and Bram kicks out!

Mic Check blocked and Anderson sends him over the top! Anderson hits the baseball slide! Bram knocked down as Anderson takes a flying chair to the face as Earl Hebner calls for the bell! Bram throws Anderson into the steps! And back into the apron! Bram with the short arm clothesline! He scares off Earl as Anderson tries to rise, Bram yells to the back via the camera and stalks the fans, saying he wants Anderson’s mic from the ceiling!

Bram stalks Anderson, dragging him up, tossing him to the stage, and takes the hanging mic.

“MISSSTAHHH!”

*WHAM!*

“LOOK ATCHA! YOU’RE PATHETIC!!”

Bram laughs into the mic and smashes it across the forehead of Ken Anderson! He rips the damn thing off the cable and sits laughing as Anderson is bleeding from his left brow.

OFFICIAL RESULT: Mr. Anderson at 3:02 by Disqualification

Jeff Jarrett is still being interviewed by Mike Tenay about a common goal. Jarrett says GFW and Impact can match up their future goals, the sky is the limit. Tenay asks him about his legacy, and Jeff Jarrett responds saying outside the ring let the facts speak, but inside, his series with Kurt Angle, the early days with AJ Styles, that punk kid from North Georgia. Those are what mean things to him, Samoa Joe, Mick Foley, Roode, Young, Storm, Don West and the TNA Originals. That is what he takes pride in putting together the right team on multiple levels. At the end of the day, they’re all competing. Everyone wanted to be the very best, tempers flared because as a promoter, Jeff loved the competition.

OFFICIAL RESULT: Kurt Angle at 3:36 via DQ because Fuckery

Inside the ring, EC3 is all happy as he sits inside the ring. After the longest absence his heart could handle, he is proud to announce the return of his Aunt D, Dixie Carter.

It has been nearly a year since Dixie stepped foot into the ring and Carter is looking none too pleased. EC3 puts himself over as Dixie grabs the mic. She tells Ethan she isn’t the person who was put through a table. She was a horrible person and he’s out of control. TNA doesn’t belong to the Carters, and he must defend the title on his own, with his skill. Everything tonight has been an embarrassment. So someone needs to be in charge. So each and every week this is the best professional wrestling company on the present. It isn’t her, but it isn’t EC3 either. And with that she leaves Carter alone.

Next week, The Dollhouse in action, and an X-Division Title Match with Tigre Uno defending! Thank you and good night!
