  • Bobby Roode makes his way to the ring, Roode became the #1 contender for the world title last week when he defeated Eric Young. Roode challenges Lashley next week for the world title. Roode says this is a great feeling to be here as the #1 contender for the title. He puts over Eric Young, his opponent last week, who brought out the best in him. He thanks Young for that, and in Roode’s eyes, Young will always be a world champion. He knows that after last week, he is ready to be on top once again and regain his world title. Next week…

Before Roode can continue, MVP, King and Lashley make their way to the ring. MVP says Roode wants to be the star, to be the hero; every star needs to have an obstacle to overcome, the objective is so close and the hero always wins in the movie and lives happily ever after. But this is a reality. Lashley has not been close to defeat, and in seven days, Roode meets Darth Vader, and there will be no happy ending. Roode will not get the girl or the title, in this case, all Roode can hope for is a short hospital stay. Roode says that when he looks into MVP’s eyes, he sees fear and doubt. But when he looks at Lashley, he doesn’t see fear or doubt. Roode says Lashley knows he can win, and even destroy him. But Roode knows he can defeat Lashley, Lashley may be bigger and stronger, but Roode’s heart and passion for wrestling and to win the title trumps that any day of the week. And there is nothing MVP can do about that. They attack Roode and lay the boots to him. Joe and Young rush out to make the save and clear the ring. Joe says that they are always confident when it is three on one. Now they have three, so step up and fight them tonight. Joe says no need to wait, lets do this right now!

Off the ropes, shoulder block by Joe stops that noise. Jabs by Joe follow, King tries to fire back and Joe slams him to the corner. Back splash and Enziguri follows and Joe remains in control. Joe catches a kick, spins around King, but King back with a spin kick and then stun guns him off the top rope. King then up top and leaps in and Joe sidesteps him and King crashes to the mat. Tag to EY, a dropkick connects and then to the corner they go. Off the ropes, flying forearm by EY follows and a cover gets 2. King back with the Enziguri and tags in MVP. Works over EY, to the corner and EY with the Flair flip and strut, back in and works over MVP. Back elbow follows, but then runs into a clothesline from Lashley. Chinlock by King, EY elbows out but then gets slammed to the mat. Tag to MVP, knee drop follows and a cover gets 2. Forearms follow, tag to Lashley and he connects with the corner spear. Lashley continues to work over EY, and now works an arm bar. EY tries to counter, rolls into more of a triangle, but EY powers up Lashley and powerbombs him down! Tags to MVP and Roode. Roode cleans house, flying forearm by Roode and then takes out King. Atomic drop and knee lift to MVP and then a clothesline follows. Roode follows with the blockbuster, and covers for 2 as King makes the save. Joe in and takes out King, SPEAR by Lashley. Missiles dropkick to Lashley by EY. Tag to Robbie, they try to work over Steve, but he catches both with a DDT. Steve tags in Rebel, split under a clothesline and then a boot to Sky. To the corner, reversal and Rebel gets an O’Connor roll, but the BroMans break it up. Knux hits a cross body on both, Steve in and sneaks up on Sky. She freaks out and he kisses her. • Kurt Angle is in the ring, and says he believes in the direction that TNA is heading. He praises the talent, but EC3 has been an issue, so he tells him to get out here, right now. Carter says that team 3D put Dixie through a table (big cheers) and Angle did nothing to reprimand them, he rewarded them with a tag title shot and a hall of fame induction. The blood is on Angle’s hands as well, and Dixie going through a table changed him, and if Angle does nothing about it, he will get vengeance through vigilante justice. And if Angle does nothing about this, Carter promises to take out Angle. Angle say she did not forget what Carter did to him, and when the time is right, Angle promises to kick his ass. But Carter keeps making demands, which is not his place. If Carter keeps it up, Angle will send his sorry ass home. Angle then says since Carter is not ready to wrestle, he will book him in a street fight, against Rhino, right now!

Street Fight: Ethan Carter III vs. Rhino

Rhino comes to the ring with trashcans full of toys, and attacks right away. To the floor they go, Rhino slams Carter to the barricade. He then tosses the hardcore toys into the ring, Carter gets to his feet, battles back and tosses Rhino to the barricade. They continue to brawl, suplex connects for Rhino. Into the ring they go, cookie sheet shot to Carter connects, and then the kendo stick shots follow. Rhino grabs a chair, but Carter connects with the low blow. Trashcan lid shots follow for Carter, and then shots with the trashcan also connect. Carter then takes his belt off, and starts to whip on Rhino. Carter wedges the trashcan in the corner, and then Rhino tries to fight back with rights. Carter stops that with a chair shot and covers for 2. Rhino manages to hit a belly-to-belly, goes for the gore but Carter sidesteps him and Rhino crashes into the trashcan. Carter hits the 1%er on the steel chair and pins Rhino.

Havok picks up the Knockouts title and leaves with it.
