Paul Heyman on Miz TV

Miz and Mizdow make their way to the ring first, and Miz immediately berates Mizdow for getting a better pop. The crowd chants for Mizdow, and Miz says that they’ll get Mizdow… sitting in the corner. “Sit Mizdow. Sit” Miz had to turn down presenting at the Oscars to be at WWE Fastlane tonight, because he wanted to witness Daniel Bryan vs. Roman Reigns in person. Miz introduces Paul Heyman, and Heyman makes his way down to the ring. Miz asks Heyman if Brock Lesnar will be here at Fastlane tonight. Heyman understands why Miz would be scared about Brock Lesnar being here tonight… but Brock Lesnar is not here this evening. Miz asks if Lesnar prefers to face Bryan or Reigns at WrestleMania. Heyman understands why someone might suggest that Bryan has a prayer against Brock Lesnar. He understands the wave of momentum that Bryan is riding, but he assures us that Brock Lesnar would not be concerned about facing Bryan. Heyman then asks Miz to get Mizdow to stop staring at him. Miz orders Mizdow to turn around and face the turnbuckle, because no one wants to see him. This is about Paul Heyman, not Mizdow. Mizdow gets in Miz’ face, but ultimately he does as he’s told and sits down facing the turnbuckle. Heyman then returns to the subject at hand and begins discussing Roman Reigns. Reigns was the badass of the Shield, and he went through 29 other men to win the Royal Rumble. But if he defeats Daniel Bryan tonight, he will go on to WrestleMania and lose to Brock Lesnar. It really doesn’t matter who wins the Number One Contender’s Match tonight, because the winner tonight will be the loser at WrestleMania.

Triple H Confronts Sting

Triple H comes down to the ring in 2002 jeans-and-leather-jacket mode. His fists are taped, and he’s ready for a fight. He stands in this ring tonight not as the COO of WWE, but as the heartbeat of WWE. He stands here as the Game, and the King of Kings, and he’s waiting for Sting. Ladies and gentlemen… STING IS HERE! The crowd tries to get a WCW chant started, but it really doesn’t tongue like ECW does. Triple H says that Sting was WCW, and he respects the fact that Sting went down with the ship. In fact, failing is what he does best. Triple H offers to give Sting his legacy back. If Sting walks away right now, Triple H will ensure that Sting’s legacy will live forever through the WWE Network, through DVDs, through merchandise, through action figures, through all of it. Hell, Triple H will even put Sting in the Hall of Fame down the line. Sounds pretty good, right? Or… they can do it the other way. Sting can continue to disrespect Triple H, and Triple H can beat Sting’s legacy into the ground right here, right now. And when they carry Sting out of the ring on a stretcher, his legacy will be erased forever. The choice is up to Sting. Triple H knows that Sting has made his choice, so he takes a swing at Sting.
