411’s LIVE WWE Raw Report 3.09.15

RAW!
IS!
WAR BACKWARDS!!!

Hey guys, remember RAW from last week?! Specifically the main event where Randy Orton made panties wet with a single wink?! No?! Well RAW is here to remind you!

We are LIVE in Pittsburgh, and Larry Csonka is NOT in the crowd. Randy Orton is here to start us off. I’m fighting a cold. In the ring already is The Authority sans Steph and the H’s. They all clap as Orton makes his entrance. Seth seems happy. Tonight, Orton and Rollins will be facing Roman Reigns in a 2 on 1 handicap match, or as we like to call it, the John Cena starter kit.

Kane on the stick. He says he wanted to do this out here in public to prove to everyone who refused to believe that Orton is one of them. To reveal their ignorance. So without further ado, it is his duty to welcome Orton back into the Authority. Show and his Just for Men beard are next. He begins to compliment Show, but the crowd boos him. He wants some respect so that he can talk. He apologizes for our rudeness. He sees the most talented, sadistic, and aggressive athelete that he has seen in Orton. Show says Orton would RKO his own father. True. Show extends the hand and says welcome home, bro.

Jamie Noble is next. He is proud…no, he can’t do it! He says that Orton is a no-good snake! hahaha. Noble knows!!! Seth grabs the mic, says that Jamie is just a bit sensitive. Seth assures Orton that Jamie is thrilled to have him back, just like Joey. Nope, Joey doesn’t have anything to say. He extends a thumbs up and that’s all. Seth wants to address the elephant in the room, so we go to Show. Kidding.

Seth says that we’ve all been saying the same thing: “Randy Orton is not really a part of The Authority.” Oh? We’ve been saying that? We must feel like the biggest idiots on planet earth right now, don’t we? Everyone had doubt, including Seth, and he admits that. J&J had their doubts. Show and Kane had their doubts as well, but Seth says no one cares what Show thinks, jokingly. Seth tells everyone to take it easy. They are all back together. Seth wants to take his opportunity to extend his hand and welcome Orton home. They shake hands. Seth asks that everyone stand up and pay respect to one of the most decorated champs in the history of the WWE, Randy Orton.

Orton grabs the mic. He says this was all very touching. The words were kind, and he felt it in his heart. It left him thinking something, though. What the hell happened to The Authority? Does he hear them kissing his ass? Who are they? Kane was the favorite demon, what is he now? The Devil’s favorite dumb ass? Kickin ass and takin names or kissin ass and makin coffee? As for Show? He should be the most dominant giant, but instead he just bitches and moans and feels sorry for himself. From the most dominant to the most pathetic. Jamie….he of all people speak from his gut, but why does he despise Orton so much? Is it because everyone actually knows who Orton is, or is it because Orton can get on all the rides at Disneyland, and Jamie can’t? And Joey…Orton says nothing. hahaha

He goes to Rollins. Seth has been blinded by his ego so much that he cannot see what’s happening. Orton has been waiting for Seth to feel safe and secure, and only when that happens, Orton will strike. He won’t just beat Seth, or beat him down…he plans on making Seth his bitch. Seth will feel every hit as he takes Seth apart piece by piece until there is no future for Seth Rollins left. Show gets really close, and Kane is close behind. They should probably never zoom in on Seth’s eyes ever again.

Orton then says that he’s messing around with all of them. Seth laughs it off, claps, says they’re all just having fun! “The Viper strikes again” says Seth. Seth says Orton had Seth so good. Maybe Orton should take over for Jon Stewart. Good lord…

As 411mania’s sole voice for hip hop, I can honestly say that Wiz Khalifa is about as wanted on the show as Hugh E Rection is wanted in the indies…

Before we hit our first commercial break, a pony-tailed Daniel Bryan is here to Yes his heart out down the ramp. He’s here for a match with Barrett next.

-Commercial Break-

When we come back, we get a graphic of the Ladder Match for the IC Title coming at Mania showing Truth, Harper, Ziggler, Barrett, and Ambrose with one shadowed figure that looks like Cesaro so it must be him.

Cole says that Bryan is included in the match, which either negates the graphic or just means Cole is stupid. Bryan with a crucifix pin for 1…2..NO!

Barrett is up. He goes for an elbow, but Bryan ducks, hits the ropes, runs with the flying knee to Barrett out of nowhere! Pin for 1…2…3!!!
Official Result: Daniel Bryan
Commercial Break hurt the match, as well as the three or so minutes that I missed. Sorry.
RATING: **

Daniel Bryan celebrates his victory when Barrett hits the Bullhammer from behind! He tells R-Truth that he is next, then heads to the back. Barrett heads up the ramp, mocking Bryan, when Dean Ambrose’s music hits and he comes rushing out with an elbow to the eye!

-Commercial Break-

Ambrose is still in the ring when we return, so it appears he just came out for a match and was overly excited. His opponent is Stardust, who is currently wearing the IC Title.

R-Truth is still at the commentary booth.

Match 2: Dean Ambrose vs Stardust
Cody chant bothers Stardust. Cody and Ambrose lock up. Side headlock takedown to Stardust. Leg scissors, and Ambrose gets out then locks in another side headlokc. Knockdown from Ambrose and a pin for 1…NO! Dean wih a right hand to the head of Cody, then a hard right hand to the face. Snapmare. Ambrose hits the ropes. Clotheslines to the seated Cody. Another. Ambrose locks up for a suplex, but Stardust blocks and hits a front suplex. Cody runs to the ropes, but Dean is quick to follow and hits a knee. Ambrose hits the ropes then a dropkick to Cody. Face scrape from Ambrose in the corner. Whip to Cdoy is reversed. He hits a right, ducks, then uppercuts. Cody with …cartwheel. Ambrose slaps him one then clotheslines Cody over the top rope. Ambrose goes for a suicide dive, and hits it, sending Cody atop the announce table. Ambrose claims the belt is his then sends Cody into the ring. Ambrose hops on the apron, but Cody hits him with a shoulder. Cody works the arm and drops it on the top rope, sending Dean to the outside as we go to break.

Back, and Cody has a half crab locked in. Only for a short time because Dean gets out of it and goes crazy on Cody. He hits some rights and lefts, sends Cody in the corner, hops off one corner and runs, locks the head. Running bulldog to Cody!! Ambrose hops up top, and Cody tries to stop him, but Ambrose hops off, lands on the bad leg.

Cody locks Dean up, but Dean escapes and hits the ropes, flies back with a hard clothesline! Dirty Deeds! Pin for 1…2..3!!
Official Result: Dean Ambrose

RATING: **

Ambrose goes to grab the belt. He holds it, but Barrett is here to attack! He corners Ambrose and hits some knees. Daniel Bryan runs down the ramp and attacks Barrett! Here’s Luke Harper to join the fun! Finally, Ziggler is here. Harper and Bryan, Ziggler and Ambrose, Cody and Barrett., they’re all busy. Truth is here to steal the belt. Each man hits their finisher, Barrett being the last one with a bullhammer to Daniel Bryan. Barrett looks around for his belt. JBL rats Truth out, and Barrett comes up to Truth. Barrett asks for his belt back. Truth hands him a burlap sack which is supposed to hold the belt. Barrett escapes through the crowd. Truth leaves the announce table and runs up the ramp to the back. Barrett, in the crowd, opens the bag and pulls out…a replica title. Truth still has the real one, and he holds it high at the top of the ramp.

Video package for what WWE calls The Warrior Award, which will be given to Conor the Crusher. Gotta love how they found a way to do this without exploiting it, tying it into what Warrior wanted…I think.

“Stop your craziness.”

Heyman is here, and Lillian welcomes him. All day long, they have been trying to get him to preview this video, but instead, he decided to come out here live and watch this video along with every single one of us. The video? It’s a package of Reigns, paying special attention to Reigns trying to lift the bar his family has set for him. It’s essentially the Saxton interview with some video coverage spliced in. We finally get to Brock Lesnar’s mention, and the video ends with Reigns saying he will beat Brock.

Heyman says that Reigns makes some interesting points, to which Heyman will retort: Here Comes the Pain. Heyman introduces Brock Lesnar, and here he is! Heyman understands what a fan-pleasing video that was, but to Brock it was nothing short of sheer propaganda. He calls it bullshit. He mocks Reigns being a standout of NXT who turned into the badass of The Shield, and won the Rumble, as well as beat Bryan. Heyman has known that family since he was 14 years old, but Heyman wants to tell the truth about Reigns. The truth is, when Reigns was 9 years old, his father would take Roman and his savage cousin to all the bars and point out the football players and say one man left standing, don’t bother coming home for dinner tonight. He would do the same in the streets. A punch and a tackle. Same applies at Mania. Reigns, go to Mania, beat Brock for the title, or don’t bother calling yourself a member of this family. It’s a profound motivation, let alone the baddest member of that family – except for one problem….Reigns will not win at Mania. Heyman promises this: Brock Lesnar will not lose the title to Reigns at Mania. Just because Heyman is paranoid doesn’t mean the world isn’t against us. If The Authority has it in their head to somehow get the title away from Lesnar so that Rollins can cash in, if anyone wants to screw Brock, Heyman is assured that anyone involved will not leave that stadium alive.

While Reigns is coming into Mania wanting to stay a member of his family, Brock is going to Mania to make respect Reigns because when he is wheeled down the street after the beating, we’ll call him one bad ass Samoan. Heyman’s mic goes out…again. haha. Heyman loves the most about this how Oz behind the curtain or in the truck likes to shut off his microphone instead of taking it out of his hand, instead of someone in the position of power coming down to this ring to take the title away from Brock Lesnar. If you want to try, go ahead…grab a leg…take your best shot. If Brock wants to spend his Summer unifying the WWE and UFC Title, that’s what he’s going to do. HEYMAN’S MIC GOES OUT AGAIN!!

Heyman says if Brock decides to go smack around Manny and Floyd in Vegas, then Brock is going to do that. Here is a message for everyone that keeps shutting off his mic. This title no longer belongs to the WWE – it belongs to BROCK LESNAR! And he is not giving it back! In 2002, they put a rookie in the ring with The Rock because they thought it would make headlines. That rookie shipped The Rock off to Hollywood. In 2014, they took this accomplished athelete and fed him to the unbeatable Undertaker at Mania, and he didn’t just kill The Streak, he killed The Undertaker. At Summerslam, one beast Suplexed John Cena out of the main event of Wrestlemania, so here’s his question….who did that to Taker, Cena, The Rock? And what the hell do you think he’ll do to Reigns? Heyman repeats Brock Lesnar about 10 times.

Wyatt is here. He says Mania is almost here. The Reaper awaits the Deadman. Where is he? “Tonight, Find Me.”

-Commercial Break-

Snoozefest
RATING: *

Big Show enters the ring while Kane struggles to stand. They finally get face to face, and Kane is pissed. Show looks to apologize, but Kane keeps berating him. They yell at each other until the music of Stephanie McMahon hits. She wants to know why they can’t behave like professionals. They represent her and HHH, which means they represent WWE. Maybe Orton was right. Maybe they’re too busy whining and Kane is too busy getting coffee. She’s not kidding, she doesn’t know what happened to The Monster and the Giant. She tells them to get out of her ring. She one ups it and tells them to just leave the arena.

Last week, we saw that super hilarious erectile dysfunction commercial that Miz was in. This week, we have Miz in the back telling someone he can rap. Of course, it’s Wiz Khalifa, looking like something Snoop Pooped out. The Miz calls their duo, The Miz and Wiz. Wiz says he saw the ad from last week, though, and he doesn’t know if his ad is going to work. Wiz already ran into someone though, it’s Wizdow. Sandow has a rap for Miz:

He hits a freestyle that would make Eminem blush, basically saying he’s winning the Battle Royal. Wiz and Wizdow clap hands as Miz walks away pissed.

-Commercial Break-

Lillian announces Wiz. Oh dear lord, he’s going to perform. Ok, now look. I love hip hop. I had my own hip hop column. The tie-in of wrestling and Hip Hop was one of my theses in college. I had a great argument of the rise and fall of both entities, and even with all of that being said, I see absolutely NO reason for ANY of this on my television right now….

Wiz nearly claps hands with someone who has a sign that says: “Why Wiz, he’s Whack!”

Three songs!?! Where’s Rusev!?

Wiz removes his shirt, he’s got a Kofi chest. Wiz gets more pyro than The Undertaker entering The Elimination Chamber.

If you enjoyed that, so did Michael Cole…soooooo you’ve got that going for you.

AJ is backstage with some other female wrestler. AJ is skipping her lovely little heart out while her friend looks on awkwardly. AJ……I love you.

After the break, Saxton is with the Bellas. They want to know who would pay to see a movie about a scrappy little cave girl and her little friend. Nikki say they are the greatest tag team since Betty and Wilma, as well as a few other dumb puns from their movie they’re trying to sell.

Match 4: AJ Lee vs Summer Rae
Summer starts off with a kick to Aj, sending her to the mat. Knee to the back from Summer. She lifts AJ and whips her into – nope, AJ with a rollup for 1. AJ with a dropkick to Summer. Summer reverses a whip, but AJ is able to get out of a tilt a whirl and toss Summer into the corner. She hits a roundhouse kick, goes for a wheelbarrow suplex, but Summer ends up reversing it and slamming AJ down. Pin for 1..2..NO! Summer with a lock from behind. Summer thinks people care about her, so she does some screaming. Summer tosses AJ down then pins for 1…2.NO! Summer lifts AJ and tosses her in the corner. Summer chokes up AJ in the corner with the boot. AJ ends up kicking Summer out of the corner then hits a Thesz Press! Right hands to Summer! Forearm to the face! Whip to the corner, and a clothesline into a neckbreaker from AJ! AJ with a spinning heel kick then a DDT to Summer! Pin for 1…2..NO! AJ gets caught by Summer, but she slips down behind and clips the knee. AJ hits the ropes, but Summer hits a kick and a pin for 1…2..NO! Summer gets frustrated, and lifts AJ.

Summer sends AJ into the ropes, Aj deflects a grab, and locks in the Black Widow! Summer taps!!
Official Result: AJ Lee
Amazing
RATING: *****

AJ and Paige act buddy buddy in the ring after that clinic of a wrestling match.

Next, we will get Sting’s response to Triple H’s response to Sting Responding to Triple H’s response to Sting’s Survivor Series interruption!! At least the communication lines are open between these two..

-Commercial Break-

Another video package. Sting says he is more than a vigilante, he is the face of retribution, the silencer of injustice, he is Sting. He has been watching Triple H. He knows firsthand how power and evil can corrupt and destroy lives. When WCW perished, it fell onto the watch of a broken authority. He tried to save WCW. He failed. He knows pain – the pain of loss. After Wrestlemania, Triple H will too. He talks about control, but he cannot control vengeance. Triple H will collapse between his thirst for control and realize that Sting controls his destiny. Sting’s loyalty never wavered. Despite H’s lies, he needs to be taken down. Sting has been waiting 14 years to do it. Triple H, at Wrestlemania, Game Over.

Backstage, Rusev walks through the hallways. Cena stops him. Cena says he understands that performing at Mania is a privelage, and if he hasn’t earned it – so be it. Rusev should listen close, though. Rusev has had the privelage, and given opportunities to his family and chase the American dream. Cena tells Rusev to be proud, be a hero, but it doesn’t give him the right to degrade the country that has given him that right. Rusev has the right to free speech, but Cena has the right to shut his mouth. Cena tells Rusev to say one word about the USA and Cena won’t need a match at Mania, he’ll prove to Rusev how much fight America has. Rusev smirks it off.

Match 5: Rusev vs Curtis Axel
Axel doesn’t even get a chance to enter the ring fully befor Rusev attacks with a kick. Curtis is in the corner as the ref backs up Rusev. Axel stands, and the ref starts the match officially. Rusev rushes the corner. Axel kicks. Another. Right hand to Rusev. Rusev with a Superkick!!! Rusev turns Axel around, stomps the back.

The Accolade!! Curtis Axel taps.
Official Result: Rusev

RATING: NR

Rusev grabs a mic. He talks about how all we want to do is negotiate, and if we had a spine, it would be made of jello. If we had a heart, it would be full of disease, if America had a soul, God would look down and spit on it. Deeeeeeum.

Here’s Cena. He’s at the top of the stage. He removed his had, looks at his towel, so you know it’s real. Cena rushes down the ramp and takes down Rusev. He locks in the STF. I’ve seen porn like this before…truly accidental. Cena drags Rusev into the center of the ring and locks in the hold again…because, you know, if Rusev gets the ropes, Cena would have to break the hold.

Cena turns the hold, apparently making it stronger. Rusev is knocked out. The crowd gives him a pretty nice pop. Lana rushes in to check on Rusev, along with some stripes. Cena grabs a water bottle on the outside, and heads back in. He pours it over Rusev. Waterboarding? Rusev stirs, wakes up. Cena locks in the STF again. Lana on the outside. She’s got a mic.

She begs Cena to let Rusev go. Lana tells Cena that he can have a match. He can have the match at Wrestlemania. The US Title Match at Mania is set. Cena sits up like a douche with a truck and gives the hard cam one of these:

Bray Wyatt is chillin with the urn and Wiz Khalifa. He would walk through the fires of hell to see Taker, but he can’t wait much longer. Tonight, he raises the dead. Find him.

-Commercial Break-

Backstage, Rusev is pissed. I think… Lana tries to apologize. They argue. I think they’re breaking up. Guys, here is your chance. Rusev tells Lana to leave. She does so. If you’re in the Pittsburgh area…

Backstage, Jamie Noble is the voice of reason. He tells Seth that Randy can’t be trusted. Seth says to trust him. He knows when people are lying. Orton is one of them, and he likes to kid around – so what, don’t we all? Maybe there was some truth to what he said about everyone else, but why would Orton put out his entire plan to Seth’s face? I never sleep, but I am always dreaming, and in the darkness of these dreams, I start to see things. I see the world not for what it is, but for what it should be. I see a world laid barren to the virus that infects it. I see cities burning. All this beautiful creation lends to ruin. In these dreams, it is the buzzards that guide him. I follow them, and follow them and when I reach them, I am astonished at what I see. Below the buzzards is a shell of a man, the mighty Undertaker. It was always about you, can’t you see Deadman? Pride has always been my favorite sin, for it was Pride that lead me straight to you. Understand, Undertaker, I will not worship you. I just want to walk over your broken bones as I ascend to my throne. I cannot be your redemption, Undertaker, because I am the new face of fear! Fear, that’s right. You know fear, because all of these people used to fear you. It’s not your fault – this was preordained. I am chosen. You always knew that the stream was going to end. And you thought you would be carried off on your shield, but that’s not what happened. Instead, the cruel hands of faith stole your destiny. I can give it all back, Undertaker. Wrestlemania will be your ressurection, but it will also be your final resting place. Will you accept my challenge? Come out, come out wherever you are? Where are you?

He points to the urn.

Is this how I bring you back? All of your power locked inside a jar. hahahhaha. Can this urn bring back the dead?

He removes the lid, steps back, then…nothing. It’s empty.

It is empty, and shallow, and hollow, just li—

The urn begins to smoke. Lighting hits. Wyatt’s hair covers his hair, but not his excitement. He practically begs for The Undertaker, screams “Where are you?!” The dong hits. The lights go out. The lights are back on, and there’s nothing but a rocking chair in the middle of the ring. The screen displays “At Wrestlemania, The Man Come Around.” Voice over of The Undertaker, says “You will Rest in Peace.” A lightning strikes the rocking chair, and flames engulf it as Bray laughs his maniacal ass off in the corner of the ring, and The Undertaker’s music hits.
