Hello everyone! It’s Monday night, and I’d put good money on the fact that very few of us are wearing pants! Let’s get this show on the road!

Last Monday, we were introduced to the menace of Samoa Joe, and in great fashion.

Just a heads up, I will not be doing the RAW Report in two weeks time because I’ll be too busy attending the show! No, I won’t bring a non-fan and give you a lengthy report of how they acted while the show transpired, but I will return with lots and lots of beer burps.

Anyway, OUR Universal Champion is here. Heyman is with him, and he seems pretty pissed off. Make no mistake, this is Samoa Joe’s day of reckoning. Last week, Heyman showed Joe respect, respect he thought Joe deserved. Instead, Joe lured him in and took Heyman out. Joe kicked down the front door of the lair of The Beast. He put his hands on brock’s guy in Brock’s name, which means now Brock has a problem. This problem is with Joe, and it’s a problem that will be solved by Brock himself. Heyman feels that he was fooled. He thought Joe was the worst case scenario, someone finally being worthy a challenger to Brock. but that’s not who Joe is. Think of this: How many samoans have been in this business, and for how many years. Wanna know something? They’re all related, know each other, proud, all of them…except for one – Samoa Joe. He’s the one they don’t want nothing to do with. He calls Joe a mutt, a punk, a dog, whose number one highlight is putting the clutch on Paul Heyman. He gives Joe credit, Heyman could not breathe. He saw a white flash. The next thing he knows, he’s being awoken – and the first thing he thought was, oh dear what if Joe puts this clutch on Brock? What happens then?

Samoa Joe interrupts; he’s tired of Heyman’s voice, it appears. Joe heads straight for the ring. Heyman leaves. Joe enters and stands toe to toe with Brock. Joe then rushes Brock! He attacks with rights. Brock sends Joe in the corner. They’re brawling! Brock with shoulders in the corner. Kurt Angle heads out, and calls security to the ring! Brock clotheslines a few of the security people, as Joe tosses them to the outside. Angle calls for more help, and stupidly, the jobbers of RAW all come out to divide the two behemoths. Half hold Brock back, half hold Joe back. JOE HITS A KICK TO THE FACE OF BROCK!!! Damn! The roster holds the two back as the crowd chants that this is awesome. It is, but I just see a lot of little things with the roster doing the holding back.

We are back after a break, and Elias Samson is introduced. He has a question; Who wants to walk with Elias? He would like to ease the tension of the agression that is in the air. One guy tries to start a WHAT chant, and thankfully, he fails. Elias starts a song that’s as good as that new Miley song, Malibu.

Dean Ambrose interrupts quickly, thankfully, and Cole goes over last week’s little run in with The Dancing Bear.

Match 1: Elias Samson vs Dean Ambrose

Lockup to start, and Samson gets Dean in the corner. Dean reverses. Dean shoves the face then backs up. ANother lockup in the middle of the ring, and Dean works the arm behind Samson. Eli backs him up into the ropes. Eli turns and hits a right to the gut. Whip to the corner, and Dean hops over, then hits the ropes, ducks a right, spinning elbow to Samnson. Chop and whip, but Samson holds the ropes, then slides out of the ring.

Back after a break, and Samson is getting a pin for 2. Eli kicks Dean in the corner, then gives him a beat down, along with some stomps. The ref backs him out of the corner. ELi with a knee to the chest. Cravat from behind. Dean tries to roll out, but Eli rolls with him, and cinches the hold. Dean is able to stand out of it and hit a back suplex. Ambrose stands in the corner. Eli stands as well. He heads towards Dean. Chop to Samson. Samson with one of his own. Dean hits another, and another, right hand, he hits the ropes, ducks the clothesline, and hits Eli in the head. Another knock down. Whip and a clothesline. Dean locks the head and the leg. Fisherman’s Suplex into a pin. 1..2…NO! Dean hits a running forerarm, goes for a running bulldog, but eats a hit. Dean sends Eli over the top rope. Dean hits the ropes. Suicide Dive! Both men outside, and the ref counts. Both men back in at about 4. Dean goes to the top rope. Samson stops him and hits a right, then heads to the top. He locks the head, looking for the superplex. Ambrose is able to headbutt Eli down! Eli falls to the ground. Dean looks to fly, but The Miz is here! He distracts! Eli with a rollup! Pin for 1..2..NO!!! Dean escapes the pin! He rebounds off the ropes with a hard clothesline. Dean heads to the outside. He looks to attack The Miz. Miz holds Maryse in front of him, but Dean is able to grab him anyway, and sends Miz into the barricade. Miz tries to attack him while Maryse distracts as the ref is at a 9 count.

Dean slides in, and Samson just jumps up high and drops knees to the back of Dean! He hits the swinging neckbreaker. Pin for 1..2…3!!!

Winner:
So glad they didn’t go the jobber route with Elias. He’s got a good look; just needs to revamp the whole guitar before the match idea.

Goldust is here to quote The Godfather. He tells Truth that he claimed they were brothers; friends, but Truth was jealous and scared. So GOldust got to Truth before he could get to Goldy. No one ever understood him anyway. Why? Is it because he’s a little too bizarre? Is it because he makes us feel…uncomfortable? Ignorance can be beautiful, but not even that lasts forever…unless you’re made of gold. The Golden Age is back.

Backstage, Angle is yelling after Miz. He catches up to him, and tells Miz that he needs to chill. Miz says Ambrose is lucky that this is all that happened. Look at last week! Maryse is still mad at Miz for elbow dropping the clock. Angle says that’s not his problem, but Miz says the only reason Dean was able to ruin the celebration was because Angle was too preoccupied with his personal issues to do his job. Miz tells Angle that, instead of getting on the case of The Miz for doing the wrong things, how about getting on Dean for not doin the right things.

Angle tells Miz, first – Miz will never speak to Angle that way again. As far as Dean is concerned, he is going to do nothing about it. If Miz has an issue with Ambrose, he can do something about it himself.

Cole says that next is Cruiserweight action. We highlight Cedric Alexander.

Backstage, Noam is yelling at someone about something. Cedric tells Noam that he has moved on, and he is done with his ratchet ex, Alicia Fox. Ah, it’s Alicia on Facetime. She says that if Cedric has anything to say, he could say it to his face. Alicia is at home recuperating from a neck injury. Cedrick says he is done with this nonsense, it ends tonight. Dar and Alicia continue their chat.

Noam comes out to his music, while still on FaceTime with Alicia Fox. There is a large version of his screen on the entrance, as Alicia says Noam will not hangup the phone, she wants to stay on while the match is going on. This is ridiculously pointless.

Match 2: Noam Dar vs Cedric Alexander

Noam puts his phone down in the corner while Alicia yells. Lumbar check from Cedric, and a pin for 1..2….3!!!

Winner: Cedric Alexander
I’d love to be there when they sold this idea as a great way to bring Cedric back

Bray will be here to cut a promo on eating worlds, globes, and just round things in general.

Roman Reigns gets a video package, followed by an announcement that he will be making a statement next week regarding Summerslam.

We go to Bray Wyatt, saying humanity is guilty for seeking knowledge. The world is ending, collapsing under the weight of its own sin. No shit, Bray.

Bray says it’s hard on the streets, but it has nothing to do with the anger of the sun. He is the only one that can save the world. Bray blows out his electronic lantern, and makes his entrance. In an odd display that I’m not sure whether it’s a mistake or not, Bray’s interspliced video thing before his entrance had a few quick splices of Randy Orton in them, still.

Bray makes his live entrance and heads to the ring. He satys that those who deny him will be judged. Those who sit in pathetic apathy will pay for their guilt. And he who dares blaspheme his name will be punished. Just like Seth Rollins. To us, Seth has it all figured out. Seth has all the answers. Seth lives in a glass house where the blueprints blot out the sun, but it only took one dose of Bray Wyatt’s truth to shatter the glass house all over Seth. Now, he’ll be picking out shards of glass from his soul for eternity because of Wyatt’s judgement. Seth’s trangression, ignorance, dependence on the intelligence of humanity, has all painted a picture of the law that we will all learn to live by; if you take Wyatt’s name in vain, you will fall.

Ghetto Translation: Talk shit, get hit

Seth Rollins is tired of it. He’s here to be the newest person who will beat Bray Wyatt.

Seth wants to clarify one thing though. Wyatt costs Seth’s match last week because he called Bray a couple of names? Can he get under his skin that easily? Well, Bray, when he called him a false prophet, a wannabe martyr, that’s not blasphemy, it’s the truth. People like Bray, who drink too much of their own Kool-Aid, they don’t like the truth. It forces them to take a look at themselves, and Bray doesn’t operate well in the light – he likes to hide in the shadow. Bray can fancy that up however he wants, but since we’re spittin truth, the truth is, that makes Wyatt a coward.

Bray smiles as Seth makes note of him being here by himself, face to face, and man to man, daring Bray to prove him wrong. Seth drops the mic, and Bray laughs it off. He says Seth’s pride will betray him. He is just oozing arrogance all over the place. When Seth sees his reflection, he sees The Man, but all Bray sees is a man beneath him. Seth does not want this fight. Bray’s power is more than Seth can fathom. Seth has found the will to slay a king.

Bray’s remix shows up, the screen goes black, we go back to color, and Seth is alone in the middle of the ring. One more remix, and we’re back to the tron, where Bray stands. He says Seth may have found a will to slay a king, but a God lives forever. Bray laughs heartily into the sky. He tells Seth to face his fear, and run. Which makes NO sense.

Backstage, Charley is all kinds of cute with her messy hair. She welcomes The Hardy Boyz. Tonight, they get a 2 out of 3 falls match. They say that Sheamus and Cesaro are tough as hell, but they see a daunting task and they climb over it, then jump off of it. If they gotta beat Shemaus and Cesaro twice in one night, then so be it. Sheamus and Cesaro think they are the bar, but tonight, The Hardyz break that bar.

Titus, apparently, seated Akira in the front row to watch Apollo. I’m still not interested at all.

Match 3: Kalisto vs Apollo Crews

Apollo with the go behind. Kalisto with a side headlock. Kick off the ropes. Bounces, and hurricanrana toss to Apollo. Apollo misses a clothesline, but slides and hits a dropkick to the face! Titus with a snap suiplex. cover for 1…NO. Apollo with a submission hold, but Kalisto turns into it. Titus screams at Tozawa, and Akira plugs his ear. Apollo knocks Kalisto down hard and grins, then eats a kick to the chin. Kalisto on the apron. High kick to Apollo. Springboard into a hurricanrana again. Kick to the thight, Kalisto with a hurricanrana head slam and a pin for 1..2…NO!!! Titus distracts Kalisto, Apollo rolls him up for 1…NO!

Kalisto bounces off the ropes, right into a sitout powerbomb and a pin for 1..2…3!!!

Winner: Apollo Crews

Titus grabs Tozawa and brings him into the ring! He then holds his hand up, and we get Apollo and Titus taking a selfie with Tozawa.

Backstage, Miz heads to Heath Slater. He tells Heath that once upon a time, they were tag team champions, then they came to RAW and have done nothing due to Angle. Now is their time for relevancy. He invites Heath to join his entourage. Rhyno says he already has a partner. Miz says he can make Heath a big star, all he’s gotta do is ask. Anything he wants. Heath says before he had kids, he was a kid, and the only thing he wanted was to be Intercontinental Champion. Heath looks directly at the belt. Miz stares at him, surprised. Miz tells Heath to join him, and he will make sure that he gets a shot at the title…some day.

Rhyno says he already has a partner. Rhyno is mad, now. He says that Miz needs to go find a partner, because he and his partner are going to face Miz and a parnter of his choosing…tonight!

Alexa Bliss is here to talk about her win last week. She says that last week, her celebration was ruined. Tonight, however, she has no obligation. She brings up Sunday, with its first ever MITB match. Tonight, however, The Goddess graces you with her presence, and w—-

Nia Jax is here, and she looks pissed. Nia says she deserved that opportunity. Alexa promised her. Nia is in the ring now, face to forehead with Alexa. Alexa backs up, changes her word from forced to thrilled. She was thrilled to have a match with Nia. She wanted a classic one, one for the ages. Nia vs Alexa, best match EVAR. They didn’t get that, though, it was stolen and ruined by Mickie and Dana. Why is Alexa being held accountable?

Mickie and Dana have had enough, and they’re out. Mickie calls Alexa a little dwarf, then brings up her 6 times holding the title. They way Mickie sees it, Alexa has a long way to go before she is on Mickie’s level. And, if she remembers, it was Alexa that said it was “unfair” that Nia Jax was getting a title shot. Dana says Mickie is right, and says Alexa’s exact words were, “We have a Nia Jax problem.”

Alexa tells everyone to calm down. There are a lot of accusations and they are comin hot. She tells Nia to consider the sources. Dana Brooke is the epitome of a disgruntled worker, and Mickie James – someone who feels like the spotlight is fading by the second. These two will do and say anything for attention….

Alexa is cut off by……HOT ASS EVIL EMMA!!!!

Emma asks for attention, says to drop the spotlight where it belongs, because Hot Ass Evil Emma is back, and she is ready to take her place at the top of the division.

Alexa says this is cute, then tries to talk Nia back into having her back. These girls are just trying to take their spotlight, and trying to ruin a good celebration.

The party ain’t over!!!

SASHA BANKS IS HERE!!!

Yay!

She says Little Miss Bliss has it all twisted. Loud chant for Sasha. To Sasha, being a champ means proving you’re the best every day. There’s a ring full of women that are ready any place and any time, but all Alexa wants to do is come out and yap yap yap. Sasha gets in close with Alexa, and says she’s going to show Alexa how a boss throws a party. She attacks! Emma attacks Dana. Mickie and Nia in the corner. Sasha with boots to Alexa, and we go to a commercial break.

Right hands to Dana, followed by a cravat from a seated position. Dana stands out of the hold and turns. Elbows to Hot Ass Evil Emma, but Hot Ass Evil Emma with a blow to the back, and a whip to the corner. Dana with a kick to the face. She heads to her corner, but Hot Ass Evil Emma grabs the boot and kicks her hard. Cheap shot to Mickie. Hot Ass Evil Emma misses a kick. Tag to Sasha. Sasha in with a lothesline. another. Dropkick. She grabs a kic, and hits one of her own. Sasha sends Hot Ass Evil Emma into the corner, hitting Nia hard. Sasha goes for the Back Stabber, but Hot Ass Evil Emma hits an elbow. Earlier today, Corey Graves sat down with Bayley. He brings up Extreme Rules, and says that he had doubts as to whether or not she could take it to the Extreme. She assured us all that she could, so what happened?

Bayley says that match was designed to inflict pain, but she’s never been in a situation like that. she’s not here to bruise people or send people to the hospital. She’s here to put smiles on people’s faces.

Corey calls this admirable, but how will it help against Nia or Alexa, or even Sasha.

She knows that she won’t be defeating anyone with hugs, but she also didn’t get here being someone or something she is not. She is 100% her. Everything she gives, it’s her. She will not change for anyone or any match. She will do what is best for her, and the best version of herself.

With that said, Corey wonders what the future holds.

Bayley says she is happy she was asked that. She knows everyone wants to know. Ever since she started training 9 years ago, she wrote down that she wants to be the best – this has not changed. Her goal is still the same. She wants to be the best, and she wants the title back. whether it’s tomorrow or next week, all she knows is that she wants to walk back into Mania as the champion. She wants to give the fans the reality to know that it’s possible, and they can do it their way.

Corey wishes her luck, and before she leaves, Bayley has a request. She wants to end this on a hug. She hugs Corey, who makes it more awkward than it needed to be.

Heath and Rhyno make their way out, then The Miz. We wait for his opponent, then carny like music hits, and it’s THE BEAR! He rides down on a tricycle. The bear rubs his back against the ringpost then hops up on the corner, and it appears that we are seeing this.

Match 5: Heath Slater and Rhyno vs The Miz and The Bear

Heath with a surprise rollup for 1..2..NO!! Miz yells that the bear is Dean Ambrose. Miz offers Heath another deal. WE WANT BEAR chant. Miz extends his hand. Heath looks to shake it, then says he can’t do it. Miz with a right, but it’s blocked. Heath whips and hits a right, thne an arm drag into an arm bar. Tag to Rhyno. Whip to Miz, and we get a double elbow to the chest while Corey makes horrible jokes as to who the bear is. Rhyno with a shoulder tackle. Chop and a right hand. Whip to the corner, and a shoulder in the corner. Whip into a clothesline. Cover for 1..2..NO! Tag to Heath, who is up on the top rope and drops a fist onto the shoulder. Right hand from Miz. Kick to the chest. Miz hits the ropes. Flapjack from Heath. Miz rolls to the corner. Blind tag from The Bear. The Bear is in. He stares down Heath. The Bear with a right hand. Another to the face of heath. Heath runs, and we get a BEAR HUG. Rhyno in, he attacks the bear from behind. Tag to The Miz. Miz enters the hops down off the apron and attacks The Bear, again. He sends The Bear into the barricade, then stomps him. Miz shoves The Bear into the edge of the apron. Miz removes the mask, and it’s not Ambrose, nor is it the bear from last week. Rhyno is here to send Miz into the ring. Slater with a huge kick to the face of The Miz. The Bear slides back into the ring. Heath turns to it. Maryse is pointing at something. The Bear tricks Slater into helping him up, then kicks and hits Dirty Deeds! Maryse yells for Miz to turn around. He does so, and The Bear stares Miz down. The Bear removes the head, and it’s Dean Ambrose. He chases Miz, Miz runs into Maryse on the apron, Maryse falls, hurt, grabbing her ass.

Miz turns. Dirty Deeds. Dean Ambearose tosses Heath over The Miz. Pin for 1..2…3!!!

Heath and Rhyno leave. Dean lifts up The Miz and puts the bear head on The Miz, then leaves the ring.

Next match is Neville vs Swann. neville is out first. While Swann is making his entrance, Neville attacks! He sends Rich to the outside, then tosses him into the barricade. Neville removes the jacket and tosses Swann in the ring, then locks in The Rings of Saturn!

Neville asks for the mic. He stares down at Swann. He says Austin Aries, TJP, and now Richard Swann….get out of his ring.

Neville says it feels good to be the king…or does it? How many more pretenders does he have to obliterate before he gets respected? He has heard what has been said about Akira Tozawa, but it takes more than cute tweet from Titus to be CW Champ, so Neville’s advice to Tozawa is to tread carefully, unless you want to be forced to bend a knee and kneel before The King of the Cruiserweights.

Charley is backstage with the Tag Team champions! She wants to know their strategy.

Sheamus says it’s a great question. The key to defeating their opponents, is knowing them. Cesaro is reading up on them, and brings up their old book Exist to Inspire. Sheamus says it inspired thousands of students to wear pantyhose on their arms. Now, they are the ones who inspire. Everyone is looking to them for inspiration, and tonight they will inspire The Hardy Boyz to write a new book, Exist to Retire.

Anderson and Gallows are waiting in the ring. Enzo and Cass’ music hits, but they don’t come out. We head to the back, and Cass is laid out backstage. Enzo runs in, saying this is outta control. Cass is able to talk, he says he’s still Enzo’s tag team partner tonight. Enzo says it’s not a good idea. He says no, it can’t happen.

In the ring, Anderson and Gallows are laughing. They wonder if Cass tripped and fell again. What is this, like two weeks in a row? If Cass didn’t wanna fight, all he had to do was say something – he didn’t have to go and beat himself up over it.

Enzo and Cass’ music hits. Enzo and Cass head out while refs try and hold Cass back.

Match 6: Gallows and Anderson vs Big Cass and Enzo

Cass with a knee to Anderson. He can’t seem to keep his balance, and saunters over to the corner. Right hand to Anderson. Cass tries to shake it off. Anderson and Gallows look to attack again, but The Big Show is here to stop them! Show heads to the ring. Anderson and Gallows head out and up the ramp. Show heads towards Enzo and grabs him by the arm. He helps Enzo stand. Cass is up. He heads onto the apron. Enzo hugs Big Show, and Vass is there to see it, looking on like a jealous girlfriend behind a street sign would. Big Show heads out of the ring, while Cass goes to talk to Enzo about what transpired.

A jealous Cass? ugh…

Truth is here to quote Cool Hand Luke. He says there was nothing cool about what Goldy did to him, was there? Goldy stabbed him in the back. Did Goldy think Truth would let that slide? He doesn’t forgive or forget. He gets even. He’s mad as hell, and he won’t take it anymore. Truth tells Goldust that he is gonna get got.

Backstage, Show is walking tall. He’s stopped by Enzo. Enzo says thank you, and Show says he’s welcome. Enzo says Cass is a big guy, and one blow took him down? For Enzo’s peace of mind, he’s gotta know. He’s just asking….Show takes offense, then calms down and realizes it’s his partner, Cass. Show says he’s got one word for Enzo’s partner, and he’s gonna spell it out…

oh my.

Backstage, Jeffrey Winger asks Joe if the top of the show changes Joe’s strategy. Joe says this thing between he and Brock has never been about the words, it’s been about the actions. He brings up Heyman, saying he warned Joe of an inevitable doom, so he sent said messenger with the same wounds he will inflict on his master. Joe’s reaction to Bfrock showing up? He had only one mission – to let brock know who he is dealing with. In four weeks, brock will walk down, and Joe’s reaction will be to put Brock to sleep and become the new champion.
