RAW!
IS!
ACERO!

Be sure to check out our Top 5 this week, as the writers list their top 5 masked wrestlers! I wasn’t able to join the fun, but in case you are wondering….here’s mine:

Last week, we saw Seth dragged into hell. This week, we’ll see how much fun he had.

RAW starts with a recap of last week’s antics. Cena is here to start the show the right way, and he claims we’re getting an open challenge via the ramp cam. Cena calls the crowd salty. The Champ is aqui. He calls the title a symbol of excellence and opportunity. He claims that tonight, the championship will be defended….RIGHT NAOW. The Open Challenge makes its return.

Pause for dramatic effect…

YES!!! TROMBONE VERSION OF CENA’S MUSIC!!! We get Big E’s voiceover. He calls Cena’s title reign “booty” hahahaha.

The New Day head out! Kofi and Woods are wearing the titles, so looks like Big E is getting the shot. This could be great. Big E says that they are here to make WWE great again. They bring up the banishing of The Dudley next week. Tonight, though, they are here to take Cena’s title. They hilariously sing along with the mention of holding the Tag Titles and US Title AT THE SAME DAMN TIME!

Cena cuts them off as they remix his song. He says to choose one and that there is a time to entertain, and a time to be serious. He says that if they don’t take him serious, he’ll beat all of their asses…

Was that really necessary?

Looks like I was wrong, as it’s going to be Woods to get the glory!

Lillian does the super special announcing, and as she announces Cena, he gets in Woods face like it’s a UFC press conference…

Ashley is responsible for assessment of employees, and there have been anonymous complaint against Kane, saying that he has created an unfit work environment. She is here to help manage this. Seth Rollins walks in, calling it an outrage and can’t believe that someone would do this to Kane. What kind of spineless coward wouldn’t want to handle his problems like a man. Steph tells Kane to take it seriously, because Ashley’s evaluation could determine the future of Kane’s role as DOO. Seth says this sounds like a lot of pressure. Kane says he can handle it. Kane goes into super nice mode and guides Ashley to meet the Bellas.

Backstage, Reigns and Ambrose are havin a little pow wow. Ambrose reminds us of how this all started. Ambrose says he’ll take care of Harper and the bug guy. Alternate Video Footage of Above Match:

We’re back to RAW, and Miz is in the ring. If you remember how great the last MizTV was concerning the Divas, we should be in for a treat! He shows Paige’s promo from last Monday.

Miz says that this is the type of drama you can see on Total Divas…tonight, he’s got the C and B of PCB. He welcomes Becky Lynch and Charlotte. They each take a seat, as Miz thanks them for coming to the show, especially after the last time they were here and were decimated by Bella. Becky says the last time they were on here, Miz was a sexist jackass. Miz thinks the fans want to know about the potential cat fight between them and Paige. Charlotte mocks Miz’s mocking. She says that she wants to address what Paige said. She say that either a) Paige will walk down and talk to Charlotte like a (wo)man or b) Paige will come down here, and they won’t talk – they’ll just throw down. Miz says this is his show, and Charlotte does not invite guests on his show. Becky grabs Miz’s mic and throws it! hahaha. Charlotte then calls Paige out again.

The Bellas are here. oh joy. Nikki looks impressed. Becky invites them to join the party. Nikki says they don’t party with losers. They came out here to say thank you, because while their team is acting like a bunch of high school girls, Team Bella is more united than ever. Nikki feels bad for Charlotte. By the time they have a rematch, Charlotte is going to be a hot mess dealing with drama while Nikki will be the new Divas Champion.

Charlotte says this isn’t about her, but since she wants to make it about her, come on in th ring and Charlotte will make her tap out again.

As long as Charlotte holds the title, it will always be about Nikki. She says reigns end, just like hers did. There are a lot of things Paige said last week that she agreed with. One thing she disagrees with is that Paige started the revolution (oh, so not the thing about how you got to where you were…)

Nikki says she started the revolution while Brie shoves a chair aside dramatically.

Charlotte says this isn’t about any of the divas, it’s about all of the people sitting in the seats, believing in them. About the people at home watching. It’s about the divas believing in each other. That’s what this is about.

Alicia wants to make them aware of the current situation….3 is greater than 2. Becky congratulates Alicia on being able to count. haha.

They drop mics, and it looks like they’ll be going at it.

PAIGE IS HERE! She says that Charlotte and Becky would not be on television if it wasn’t for her. She put NXT on the map by becoming th first ever Woman’s Champion. People wouldn’t know Becky’s name, and Charlotte wouldn’t be champion. Nikki wonders why they’re letting Paige just talk shit. If they have friends like Paige, who really needs enemies.

Paige says, “Yeah and you have two boyfriends like you, who really needs ambition?”

hahahahaha

So TEAM PCB end up knocking Team Bella out of the ring, and they stand united in the ring as we go to a break…

Well what do ya know…a six-person tag team match…

Match 4: Team Bella vs Team PCB
Paige has a hold on Alicia, and tags in Becky, who leg drops Alicia. Tag to Charlotte, who drops a knee and covers for 1…2..NO! Charlotte with a headlock. She goes for a neckbreaker, but Alicia escapes and tags in Brie. Brie works the left arm. She drops it on her shoulder a couple of times but gets rolled up on the third. 1..2..NO! Becky runs, gets flipped over on the apron. She hits a right, but Alicia Fox pulls the hair and drops Becky. Brie kicks Becky on the ropes a few times. She tags in Nikki. Right hand to Becky. Suplex to Becky. Nikki covers for 1..2..NO! Nikki goes for a body slam, she hooks the arm behind Becky, but just drops her – deeming that pointless, and covers for 1…2..NO! Tag to Alicia, who comes in to hit a suplex. Cover for 1…NO! Alicia pulls the arms back and drives the knee to the back. She sends Becky into the corner and tags in Brie. Brie with a suplex. Cover for 1…NO! Brie sends Becky into the corner and gets a few kicks in. Bulldog by Brie. Cover for 1…2..NO! Brie sends becky down by the hair then lifts her up…by the hair. She sends Becky into the corner and tags in Nikki. Brie with a hit to the abs, and Nikki trips her up with a kick. Pin for 1…2..NO! Nikki attacks the back then goes for a suplex, but Becky turns it into a rollup. We get a double clothesline in the middle of the ring.

Tag to Charlotte, who comes in with a houlder tackle. Elbow to Nikki. Chop to the chest. Another. Watch those implants, girls. Neckbreaker by Charlotte, and a big boot to Nikki! Cover for 1..2..NO! Brie breaks it up! Alicia enters, too! Paige and Charlotte send Alicia and Brie out of the ring. Charlotte goes for the Figure Four, but Nikki kicks Charlotte away, shoving Paige off the apron. Paige opts to walk out. Nattie Hen walks out, asking her what the hell she is doing. Nattie goes towards the ring, to presumably take the spot of Paige? She hops on the apron. Paige from out of nowhere, pulls her leg out, and Nattie hits the edge of the apron, hard.

In the ring, Charlotte is looking super confused. She turns into the RACK ATTACK by Nikki. Pin for 1..2…3!!

Video package for Show vs Lesnar, allowing me a chance to grab some chicken.

Just kidding, it’s the head of Seth’s statue. Kane says “It’s your severed head!” APparently, he dug it out of a landfill. It took him all night. Ashley is impressed. Seth says this is too much and he can’t keep it. Kane gives the head to Ashley…

He heads in after and hops over, then kicks Young down hard. Tag to Harper, who stomps YOung down a bit. He lifts YOung and goes for a body slam. Young hops over, Harper turns. Kick, but Harper catches the leg. Enziguri to Harper! TAG TO TITUS!! HARD shoulder tackle to Harper. Clothesline. Toss to Harper! Harper is up, though, and hits a kick only to get body slammed and a big ass boot to his face for his troubles. Titus hypes up the crowd. BARK and a splash in the corner! Titus goes to hit the ropes, but Stroman stands on the apron, in his way. Titus with a right hand, but Stroman doesn’t fall! Hard kick from Harper! Pin for 1..2..NO! YOung truns in and STroman just knocks his ass down. He grabs the neck of Young and drags him over the rope to the outside. HARD CLOTHESLINE to Titus!

Tag to Stroman, who lifts Titus by the neck, then locks on a submission, holding Titus up. Titus passes out, and the ref call it.

We are back to RAW, and Kane is in the ring with Ashley from HR. Kane wants to know if she is ready to present her report. Ashley opens up her little board thingy, and as she is about to report, Seth Rollins interrupts. He tells her not to read a thing in that biased, one-sided report. He tells Ashley that Kane is not the man that he presents himself to be, he is not that man that she thinks he is. There is something Seth needs to show her.

We get a video package of who – or what – Kane is. Afterwards, Seth tells Ashley that Kane has the soul of a demon from the depths of hell, and Ashley cannot – under good conscience – keep Kane around as the DOO. If she does that, the carnage that will follow will be on Ashley’s head. Ashley looks bored. Seth says that last week, Kane came up through the ring and tried to drag Seth to hell. During all of this, Kane looks completely and utterly befuddled. Seth says that people like him do not go to hell, he’s going to heaven. The crowd does not believe him. Seth says to ask the pope. Last week, when the pope was in town, he had an audience with him, and he said “Seth Rollins, you are going to heaven.” And that’s the bottom line, because The Pope said so! Seth says he feels like he’s on cloud 9, just chillin – lookin down on all the scum of this earth.

Kane says that Seth is a very passionate man, but this is all in good fun. Kane has a video package, too. This one covers Seth’s berating of Kane verbally and beating him down physically. Kane is all smiles, though. Ashley still wants to read her report. Ashley has come to the determination that Kane is sound of mind and is more than capable of fulfilling his duties as Director of Operations. Kane is professional, kind, helpful, and thoughtful. Kane is the perfect WWE employee. Seth cannot believe it, and asks Ashley if she knows how to do her job. In her report, she claims that if anyone needs to be evaluated, it’s Seth Rollins. He is rude, petty, narcissistic, and paranoid. He is the most unprofessional person she has met during her time in the WWE…so she must not work directly with Vince.

Seth calls this a travesty of justice. He is the champion. He gets in the face of Kane and shoves the title into his chest while screaming that Kane isout of his mind. Kane drops his mic and walks towards Seth, with a very serious face. He then smiles, and leans over to grab the title….Seth locks the arms, and takes forever to Pedigree Kane. He finally does, and screams that he doesn’t get one over on Seth.

Seth doesn’t think this is enough. He heads out of the ring to grab a chair. Back in the ring now, he gives Kane a chair shot to the lef, then attacks the back. Chair shots to the back. Seth locks the chair around the ankle of Kane – the same one Brock “Shattered.” Seth stomps the chair, and Kane sells.

Seth grabs the mic, and starts to talk shit to Kane while he gets the stretcher job. He asks if Kane thought he was going to just fool the entire world, pulling the wool over everyone’s eyes. Everyone knows Kane is a fraud. Everyone knows. Seth says that Kane will never get near Seth, never get near his title (something that I don’t think was ever even in question). Seth says Kane’s days of being jealous of The Man are over. Seth continues to cut a boring promo while they send Kane into the ambulance. Seth laughs it off as the ambulance drives away. The ambulance stops suddenly for some reason.

In the ring, Seth holds his belt up and says Kane got exactly what he deserves. Back to the ambulance, and a red light emits from the windows. The doors open, and fog looms out. It’s Kane! He lumbers out of the ambulance, selling the ankle. He’s in full gear, red mask, and a mop of black hair. He stomps his foot hard, seemingly fixing all issues with his ankles, and makes a quick walk back to the ring. Fire blooms, and Kane’s music is here. He heads down the ramp and gets in the ring. Seth attacks the leg again with the chair, but Kane no-sells. Kane grabs Seth by the shirt, and sends him in the corner. Beat down. Big Boot to Seth. Chokeslam! Kane calls for the Tombstone. Seth stands. Kane goes for it, but Seth drops out of it and heads out of the ring. Kane sees the title on the floor. He grabs it and holds it up. Cole: “That’s what it’s all about.” Even though that’s not what it’s been about, like, ever…

Wyatt is here with more fog! Did you see what they did earlier? A mirage ought to make him so proud. Like a pack of wolves, believe him, they would like nothing more than to come into the ring and tear you to pieces. Tonight, he decided to grant the request, and he – alone – will enter the battleield. He, alone, will be the one to put Reigns down, because “we are the alpha and omega, Roman.” It starts and ends with them, can’t he see that it has always been about he and Reigns. Be careful what you wish for, though, because only a fool would look into a dragon’s eye and not be burned. RUN.

Bo Wyatt is here. He talks some shit on the Bills, then gets interrupted by Randy Orton.

Match 7: Randy Orton vs Bo Dallas

Orton sends Bo back into the ring and enters. Bo attacks with a knee. Orton with a backbreaker. The crowd is loud, but for the Bills moreso than anything else. Orton sets up for the DDT on the ropes. GETS IT.

Orton hears the voices. RKO outta somewhere! Pin for 1..2…3!!!

Ziggler is here to make the save, so Rusev runs out of the ring towards Dolph, ready for the fight. Dolph with a superkick to Rusev. He enters the ring and Owens gives the ol “fuck this” notion. Dolph checks on Ryback while Rusev and Summer head up the ramp. Owens follows suit, along with title.

Go buy a Conor’s Cure bracelet.

Heyman waddles.

Ladies and Gentlemen…..

Heyman is The Devil’s Advocate, and anyone that steps into the ring with his beast shall go to hell, for his client is BROCK LESNAR! This Saturday, hell will descend on MSG when Brock digs his claws into Big Show. Heyman knows The Big Show better than anyone else, and to him, The Big Show is like that math genius in 6th grade who gets a C+ because he’s just so bored with the curriculum. The Big Show has grown to be complacent. He is bored, uninspired, because no one can push The Big Show to his limits. This Saturday night, someone can. When The Big Show is pushed and motivated, then you have a larger than life athelete with one punch knock out power, and you’re damn right that worries him, but it exhilarates him at the same time because it can push Brock to his limits, which is why Heyman is here to tell the entire world that this Saturday night, live in Madison Square Garden, and only on the WWE Network, Brock will take The Big Show to Suplex City.

Big Show is here. He doesn’t like the adjectives used to describe him. He says that now he is motivated? Now he’s all fired up? Because he’s facing Brock Lesnar? He says Heyman should be worried. He is motivated, he is the one guy in the WWE that pushes Brock to his very limits every single time he steps in the ring with him. Question time; Brock was really upset about facing Show, right? Heyman doesn’t answer. Show says that Heyman didn’t finish promoting the Go To Hell Tour? Why not? Is he afraid that at MSG, Show will make history again? What chant causes Big Show to repeat himself. Saturday, it’s going to be EAT, SLEEP, BEAT BROCK AT MSG, REPEAT…..that’s stupid, Show, and you’re an idiot for saying it.

Heyman opts to leave the ring. Show tries to get him to stay, says to think about his future. A future without Brock Lesnar.

So….Bray Wyatt has….horns, guys. He claims that he was entering battle alone, but Harper and Stroman are flanking him. Wyatt is smiling as he heads down to the ramp.

Reigns on the mic; he says he challenged Wyatt one-on-one, and he brings his training wheels. Reigns asks Harper and Stroman if they respect Wyatt as a man as a leader, because it looks to him that Wyatt is a little bitch.

Wyatt sends his training wheels to the back.

Match 9: Bray Wyatt vs Roman Reigns

The crowd near the announce table starts a YES chant, but it’s short lived. The camera pans the carnage as both men breathe heavily in unison.
