411’s LIVE WWE Raw Report 7.13.15
* Welcome.

It’s Monday, so that must mean you’re spending time with Tony. And if that’s the case, then we’re one photo away from the best Live Report on the interwebz!

Let’s get WEIRD!

RAW!
IS!
RHODES!

Show starts with a recap of Brock’s destruction from last week. I typed this before the show starts, and guess what….I was right. I didn’t need no damned sphere to see the future, either.

LIVE, and the first thing we see is the destroyed Caddy that I presume they’ll be dragging out weekly from now until Brock leaves the WWE. Cole destroys any metaphor the car depicts by calling said car a metaphor.

Brock Lesnar out to start the show. He’s not smiling, but Heyman is. Oh, he’s so giddy. SUPLEX CITY Chant. He’s Paul Heyman, he advocates Brock Lesnar. His heart is pounding, and not because he’s fat, but because he cannot wait for this Sunday when Seth meets the Beast. Brock is going to walk in and take that championship. Heyman reminds us how every time Brock walked into a ring as a challenger, he walked out as a champion. Heyman sells a few shirts then says that this Sunday, he begs and pleads that we circle the date, Brock will enter a challenger and not leave the ring the same way. This Sunday night, Rollins is going to get beat up, his ass kicked, and be suplexed by Brock Lesnar. While Brock puts his foot upon Seth’s chest and raises the title in the air, the announcement will be that Brock is…

Interrupted! Seth is here with Kane. He stares down at the car in disgust. Bieber chant as Seth tells Brock he must be proud. Seth can’t wait for Sunday, when he wipes the smile off the face of Brock. Seth gave Brock an opportunity to conduct himself like a man last week, and Brock chose to be a coward by taking his aggression out on an inanimate object. Seth flubs a bit but recovers greatly. He calls the car a gift, and he’s still shaken up about it. Another BIEBER chant. What’s worse than all that is that the car is paraded around the country like it’s some sort of trophy. Ok, thanks for making sense of it, Seth. Good on you. Seth says this can be their symbol if they’d like, because his symbol is the title and it’s the biggest separator between brock and Seth. He is a real champ, and Brock is a thug, a criminal, and a vandal. This Sunday, Seth will take a little trip to Suplex City. He’ll bring the matches, the gasoline, and he’s going to burn Suplex City to the ground.

Brock grabs the mic from the unsuspecting Paul Heyman. “I can take you to Suplex City tonight, b****.”

Kane tells all parties to calm their asses down. He says that as DOO, it’s his job to ensure that the contract signing tonight will go smoothly. He calls the upcoming match best for business, so if Heyman’s client does anything to spoil said match…

Heyman stops Kane. Asks if he’s about to threaten Brock Lesnar. Heyman tells Brock that he thinks they’re about to be threatened by The Undertaker’s baby brother. Heyman apologizes, was he not supposed to say that? BABY BROTHER chant. Heyman tells the crowd to have a little bit of respect, he’s sorry, he wasn’t supposed to mention that…HIS CLIENT, BROCK LESNAR conquered Kane’s brother’s undefeated streak at Wrestlemania. He knows he’s not supposed to talk about Kane’s family. He’s sorry. He assures Kane that this is a wonderful idea; Brock – The Beast – in a contract signing. What could possibly go wrong? Well, Heyman says that if Seth violates the 11th Commandment, then perhaps Suplex City comes tonight, to Atlanta, GA.

So, you can read all of that, OR you can read this:

RAWLTERNATE RECAP
RAW opens up with a graphic that shows tonight Seth and Brock will have a contract signing for the main event of Battleground.

Ryback and Sheamus to start. Sheamus with a side headlock but Ryback hits a back suplex, and Sheamus rolls to the apron. Sheamus with a shoulder. He stares down at Sheamus as the crowd chants, and Orton joins him for absolutely no reason.

Back to the match after some Sonics commercial. Orton is in the ring with Sheamus, so there’s no need to see them this Sunday. Orton with a hard whip to Sheamus into the corner. Sheamus stands in the corner and Orton attacks with kicks and rights. He mounts and hits right hands from the elevated punches. The camera man goes up and down far more than he needs to. Big Show attacks the back then sends Ryback into the corner. He shoves the strap aside and hits a chop then tags in Sheamus. Sheamus is lifted by Ryback. He heads to the face corner. Blind tag from Orton, who heads in and attacks Sheamus. Sheamus heads to the outside, so Orton follows and hits a back suplex onto the barricade. Orton tries to shove’s Sheamus head into the steps, but he reverses and tries for the same. Orton stops it, too. In the ring, Sheamus hits a knee to the running Orton, then a running shoulder in the corner. High knee and a right elbow to the face of Orton. Both men down. Orton slides to the outside and falls to the mat, as we get another commercial break.

Back to 2005, and Randy Orton is in a rest hold by Sheamus. Orton pushes Sheamus then walks right into the Irish Curse and a pin for 1…2..NO! Sheamus grabs the arm of Orton and drags him to Show in the corner. Tag to Show. Show comes in, steps on the abs of Orton, then steps on them. Show positions Orton under the ropes then drops his ass on Orton hard. Again. Orton is struggling. Show is grinning. Miz is talking. I’m eating grapes. Show calls for the chokeslam. He locks the neck of Orton. Goes up, Orton counters with a DDT. FEED ME MORE chant as Orton rushes to Ryback. Tag to Sheamus. Tag to orton. Ryback misses a clothesline. Thesz Press. Splash in the middle of the ring from Ryback. Splash in the corner. Whip to Ryback and he runs into a boot by Sheamus. Sheamus hits the ropes. SPINEBUSTER!!! Ryback pounds his chest. He’s in the corner. He wants the Meathook. Miz grabs a mic and leaves the table to tell Ryback to quit pandering. Sheamus goes for a rollup. 1..2…NO!!! MEATHOOK from Ryback!!! He looks to the apron, and Show is on the apron. Show grabs Ryback but Miz distracts. KO Punch from Show! He chases Miz up the ramp.

In the ring, Sheamus looks to cover, but Orton enters the ring and hits an RKO!!! Ryback goes to the top rope! Frog Splash! Cover for 1…2…3!!!
Official Result: Ryback and Randy Orton
Ok match, but a lot of weird things going on.

Back to the show with Team Bella on the screen. Nikki wants mic time. She says that on November 23 of last year, She defeated and became Divas Champion. For the past 232 days, she has defended this title against every single challenger. She has given every single diva a chance. She is the definition of fearless, and whether it’s in the ring, on red carpet or reality shows, she IS the Total Diva. Now, with her lovely sister and Alicia Fox, Team Bella has become unstoppable. They have all the power because she owns the title. They make the decisions, run it, rule it, and it doesn’t matter who – none of them….

STEPHANIE MCMAHON is here. Who is Face here? According to Cole, Steph is interested in the Divas again, and the Give Divas a Chance campaign.

Steph says that she is sorry, but Nikki made it seem like she ran the Divas Divison, but Steph owns the WWE, and the legacy that the WWE leaves behind rests on Steph’s shoulders. Team Bella HAS been unstoppable, there hasn’t been that level of competition that everybody is looking for. But look at Soccer, USC, Tennis, women are making their mark and it’s time for them to make a change in the divas division right now. Steph says she won’t do it alone. First, she wants to introduce the woman who is trying to make a difference…

Paige is out.

Of course, Nikki talks OVER the entrance music, claiming she doesn’t understand why Paige is out here. Paige is out here because Steph wants her out here, so Nikki can stop running her mouth. She wants this revolution in WWE, and so does Paige but courage can’t do it by itself. Steph says Paige needs backup, but no one has been willing to stand by her side, but Steph knows someone who is. Someone who isn’t afraid to fight, and someone who wants in the foxhole with her. Steph introduces…..

BECKY LYNCH

Lynch is here, she does her entrance as Team Bella stares on. Steph notices that there are still odd numbers here, so to join forces with Paige is a woman bred for this business…Steph struts. She introduces.

CHARLOTTE

Before anything else can happen, Naomi and Tamina head out. She says they have unfinished business with Paige and The Bellas. Steph says she is glad they are out there. Naomi says that they are all the competition that is needed, so when will Naomi get what they deserve. Steph says that she is glad they’re here, but there is someone else that thinks a lot like they do. Someone who also isn’t afraid to stand up for themselves and sieze the moment. Someone who calls herself The Boss. She is the current NXT Women’s Champion….

SASHA BANKS

The Boss is here. WITHOUT THE BELT. and heads down the ramp. She….whew.

Steph wants to know if this was what Nikki had in mind. Sasha stands by Naomi and Tamina for some reason. Steph wants to see who will take the opportunity she laid out on the table. Team bella get in the face of The Boss and Co. They turns, and Paige/Becky/Charlotte are there. Sasha makes the first move, sending Nikki down HARD by the hair. THIS IS AWESOME from the crowd. (It’s not). All ladies get involved. Charlotte with a dropkick to Brie, she chops Nikki and shoves Alicia. Naomi with a kick to Charlotte. Paige with the PTO onto Naomi. Tamina is there with a hard kick. Brie with a Thesz to Naomi while Sasha deals with Alicia in the corner. Sasha hits knees ni the corner to Brie, to Aliaica. She goes for Becky, but Becky side steps and Sends Sasha over the ropes. Alicia goes for the axe kick to Charlotte, but she ducks and locks in the Figure Four! Becky locks on the arm bar to Brie!!! Sasha with a backbreaker to Brie INTO A SUBMISSION!! The Divas of the NXT all have submission moves on Team Bella!!!! Paige and Naomi enter the ring. All three let go of the move. Team Bella leaves the ring. Team Paige and Team Sasha yell at each other in the ring.

Steph stands at the top of the ramp, proud.

I didn’t expect it go down like this, and I – admittedly – am not sold on this being the best way. Still…they’re here!

RAWLTERNATE RECAP
While The Bellas are talking, Sasha Banks, Charlotte, and Becky Lynch run down the ramp, kick the tits out of Nikki, slap Brie with talent, and just look at Alicia Fox sadly. Team Bella is sent into developmental hell while Sasha, Charlotte, and Becky claim they’ll be taking over from here on out. .

RAWLTERNATE RECAP

Recap of last week’s Dolph damage.

John Cena’s here.

Cena cuts another top-of-the-ramp promo to the camera.

If you were wondering why they showed Rusev demolishing Dolph, here’s your answer, because he’s here to answer John Cena’s challenge. Rusev claims he is the greatest US Champ ever, and he would have never lost his title if it wasn’t for Lana. He says he will break John Cena tonight.

Kevin Owens is seemingly not ok with this decision, as he comes out with a mic. He has said many times that if anyone will be Cena for the title, it’s Owens. Here’s what he’s thinking; he beats Cena for the US Title tonight, and at Battleground, Cena can have his rematch.

Rusev calls Owens a stupid French-Canmerican. Rusev says Kevin has two first names. Owens tells Rusev to take his Lana-wannabe out of here, take his flag, and stick it up his Chernobyl.

Owens and Rusev face off.

A siren goes off in the building. Cesaro is here with a towel over his head. Cesaro bypasses Owens and Rusev and gets straight into the face of Cena. Owens grabs Cesaro, and Rusev is here, too.

Where’s Teddy Long when you need him.

Cena leaves the ring. Rusev does the same. Cesaro with right hands to Owens, sending him to the outside. Rusev hops on the apron, and Cesaro drops Rusev down. He stands tall in the ring, and it appears we’ll have a match to see who is going to face John Cena.

Cena looks like a girl watching two guys fighting over a pair of her panties.

Pop Up Powerbomb to Rusev! Owens yells at Cena that no one will take the title but him.

Backstage, Kane is talking to a stagehand. He wants to make sure that every—-

Seth is here, wants to know if Kane has everything set up. Kane says it’s all under control. Seth says that this better work, because if it doesn’t it’ll be on Kane.

Back to the show, and the competitors of Tough Enough are atop the stage.

The music of Lita hits, and I immediately got nostalgic! Weird!

Lita heads to the ring. She says what’s up to Atlanta, and the Lita chant starts. She said there was a lot of fresh blood here tonight, so keeping with that theme, she wants to introduce us to the cast of Tough Enough.

Lita does the intros:

Blonde that doesn’t matter 1
Man Bun, Son
Blonde that doesn’t matter 2
Soon to be a Stereotype
I’m just here to piss people off
I’ll be sleeping with someone soon
There’s no E in my name for no reason
Seth Rollin’s Cousin
Awwwwww
THE MAN WITH THE PLAN ZZ

Back to Raw, and we get a recap of Bray “ruining Roman’s dreams.” Recap to earlier tonight where Reigns attacked Bray after the lights came back on.

Stardust is here. He’s spinning a globe. He cuts a promo…then stops. He says he hears all the time the world needs more heroes. What is a hero? Hero, villain, from where he stands, the view never changes. Neville…claims that the forces of gravity have forgotten him. These forces that he niavely neglects are going to bring Neville crashing down…one by one, these heroes will fall, and in their wake, the stars will rise.

Although I’m not happy that Cody is still going the Stardust route…that promo was kind of cool.

Match 6: Neville vs Cody Rhodes
Cody looks noticeably distrubed. Neville extends his hand out for respect. Cody shakes, then kiocks and hits a right. He stomps Neville a few times then a clothesline sends Neville down. Bodyslam to Neville. Cody works the left arm. Neville with a right. Neville gets dropped by Cody. Cody stomps the right foot then a kick. Whip to the outsidem but Neville lands on the apron. Neville turns into it, hits the ropes, slides under Cody, hits a kick, another, hits the ropes, a knee. Elbow to the face of Cody. Cody struggles to the corner. Neville with an elbow in the corner. Whip, reversed, Cody hops under Neville. Neville flips all the way to the other side. Neville with a roll up for 1..2..NO! Another rollup for 1..2..NO!

Seth says that before they get started, he would like to say how sick and tired he is of watching the footage of Brock destroying a Caddilac over and over. ha! you ain’t the only one. If he could, he would like to take a moment to remind all of us – and brock – the destruction that Seth is capable of.

Recap of…3 weeks ago.

Oh, there’s a table set up in the ring for the signing, guys.

Seth says that in this world, all a man really has is his word. He is proud to come out and give us his. He is not afraid of Brock Lesnar. This Sunday at Battleground, he will conquer Brock again. He will defeat the one in 21-1. He will be the wrecking ball that demolishes Suplex City, and the fire that burns it to ashes. But I thought Ryback was a wrecking ball. This Sunday at battleground, he will stand atop the once awesome city called Suplex City, and he’ll still be the champ.

Cue Brock Lesnar.

Heyman and Brock in the ring. Heyman grabs the mic, gives the crowd some time to chant for Suplex City. Seth motions for Brock to sit. Seth joins him at the table, and they look like they’re on a first date. awww.

Heyman tells Seth not to lock eyes with him, and instead focus on the eyes of Brock. He should listen, though. Ever since Seth betrayed The Shield, Heyman – personally – has wanted to see someone get their hands on Seth. Ever since he sold his soul so that he could bill himself as the future of the WWE, they (us) have wanted to see someone get their hands on Seth. Ever since Seth violated the 11th Commandment, Brock Lesnar has wanted to get his hands on Seth. This Sunday night, every single person watching Battleground is paying to see Seth get his ass kicked. Heyman swears by his God of retribution, Brock Lesnar, every single person will get their money’s worth ($9.99), Seth is going to get his ass kicked. He will get beat up, hurt, slapped, punched, suplexed, F-5d, pinned, dethroned. This Sunday night, Seth is going to Suplex City. Brock smiles, while Seth pouts a bit. Heyman says that Seth will be dragged by one beast, the real future of WWE, Brock Lesnar.

Brock signs the contract.

Seth looks to possibly flip the table, and Heyman tells Seth to put his hands on the table. Seth calls Heyman paranoid. Brock stands and flips the table. He sees an axe handle underneath it. Brock flips the table back over and holds the axe handle. He is, seemingly, provoked….

SUPLEX CITY CLAP CLAP CLAPCLAPCLAP

Brock drops the axe handle on the table and takes a seat. Seth sits back down in his seat, which is now pressed firmly against the ropes. He slowly rolls forward towards the table and snatches the axe handle. He tosses his chair aside, and Brock lifts the table and SHOVES IT INTO SETH! hahaha..

Brock attacks Kane in the corner. Seth goes to stop him, but Brock hits a GERMAN!! Brock sends Kane to the outside! Seth here to attack Brock, and Kane with some stomps to Brock. Seth kicks Brock in the head then locks the head and sends Brock into the ringpost. Seth grabs the axe handle while kane removes his tie. Seth hits Brock with the axe handle. Kane is done undressing, so goes to help attack. A few stomps to Brock near the barricade is followed by Seth locking the head and Kane grabbing some steel steps. He rushes forward, and hits Brock in the arm, then drops them again on Brock. Kane with a kick to the downed Brock. Kane drags Brock to the steps. Seth is atop the steps, calling for Brock’s head. Brock sets up for the Pedigree, but Brock grabs Seth and shoves him into the barricade!!! Brock with a clothesline off the steps, but Kane goozles!!! Brock drops and lifts Kane like nothing! F-5 to Kane!!!! Brock locks eyes with Seth. Seth heads into the crowd. Brock is pissed. He sees Kane, and goes back to him. Brock kicks Kane’s leg on top of the steps, then grabs the upper portion. He drops the steps directly onto Kane’s ankle! Kane screams in agony.

Brock heads back into the ring and grabs the title. He holds it in the air, pissed.

Seth makes his way back to the ring and says from Day 1, Lesnar came in here and thought he was untouchable. He ran through everyone, but never ran through Seth Rollins. Seth grabs his title. At Mania, he took the title from Brock because he is better than Brock. At Battleground, he will do what no other man on this earth can do, Lesnar. He will prove that Brock is not a machine, not a monster, he is a man with a pulse and can be beaten. He will be forever known as the man who slayed The Beast. Him.

Seth rolls out of the ring while EMTs check on Kane. Seth looks over to Kane, surrounded by medical staff. He yells at Kane, questioning his plan. How did that work out for Kane? Like his entire career….one big disappointment. Kane is nothing without Seth. He told Kane that if this didn’t work out, it was on Kane. He calls Seth a piece of crap, a never-was, a wanna-be Hall of Famer. Seth drops the mic, says it’s on Kane, then stomps the ankle that Brock just shattered. Seth walks back up the ramp briskly.

End Show.
