In a rarity, Smackdown starts with a match! Roman makes his way down the steps with a security guard that’s not nearly as buff as him.

Nevermind, we still get our RAW recap, but at least it has merit.

Match 1: Roman Reigns vs Rusev
Lockup to start gets nothing. Del Rio tries to interrupt, but Reigns is smarter. He clips Rusev, then leaves the ring to bad mouth Del Rio. Rusev follows, but Reigns hits a right once again. Rusev gets the upperhand with a toss into the steps. Rusev rolls Reigns into the ring and covers for 1..2..NO! Rusev hits some hard kicks to the back then a toss to the ropes and an elbow. Pin for 1..2..NO! DOuble axe handle into the upperback. Rusev drops a right hand to the shoulder, then clubs the back. Rusev with a right hand to the face. Rusev runs for a shoulder, but Reigns steps to the side and Rusev hits the steel post. Reigns rushes the corner, gets tossed over the ropes, so Reigns grabs Rusev’s head and drops down to the mat. He intimidates Barrett away, then hits the Drive By to Rusev. Reigns enters the ring. Clothesline in the corner. Whip, reversal, another clothesline to Rusev! Rusev is in the corner now. Reigns with a bunch of clotheslines. Reigns with a final uppercut, knocking Rusev on his ass. Reigns looks at his fist as if it’s Mr. Socko. He calls for the Superman Punch, but Barrett grabs the leg, and he and Del Rio attack Reigns!!! The bell rings

Del Rio and Barrett toss Reigns into the barricade. Dean Ambrose is here!!! He rushes the ring, then clotheslines Rusev to the outside. Ambrose is on the apron. He runs off for a clothesline. Del Rio and Barrett move, and Ambrose hits a clothesline ON REIGNS!!! Barrett grabs Ambrose. Del Rio with a superkick to the face! Barrett grabs Ambrose and sends him into the ring. Rusev stomps the back. Rusev locks on The Accolade.

Reigns is on the outside! He grabs a chair! He enters the ring. The League of Extra-Ordinary Gentlemen leave.

Backstage, Ambrose is walking by a ladder. Renee Young stops him to ask if what he did to Reigns a preview of what to expect come Fastlane. Ambrose says it was an accident. He goes a little out of control in the ring. It was an accident. Trust him, when he comes after Roman, he’ll know it. Renee Young wants to know if that is what’s going to happen tonight. Ambrose says that he and Reigns have an understanding. There times when they hit each other and times when they hit other people. Later tonight, he and Roman will be hitting other people.

Match 2: Kalisto vs Kevin Owens
Dolph Ziggler is at the booth in case you were interested. Kalisto is preparing himself in the corner, and Owens cheapshots him when his back is turned. He attacks over and over then chops him in the corner. Blow to the back. Owens goes for a back suplex, but Kalisto hops over and lands on his feet. Go behind, hits some elbows. Handspring into a roundhouse kick to the head. Kalisto flies over the ropes and lands on Owens! He sends him back in the ring, sets up for Salida, but Owens shoves him into the turnbuckle chest first. German Suplex to Kalisto! Kalisto with a right hand to the face. Owens grabs Kalisto and drops Kalisto on the ropes. Owens stomps the gut. Running Senton from Owens. Cover for 1..2..NO! Owens grabs Kalisto by the neck. Owens goes for a back suplex, but turns it into a gut buster and a pin for 1..2…NO! Owens with a snapmare. He reaches for Kalisto, but Kalisto hits a kick then another. Senton from Owens again, but Kalisto moves!! Kalisto with a kick to Owens. He hits the ropes, ducks a clothesline, springboard super spinning burrito!!! Kick to the lower leg of OWens. He goes for the Hurricanrana, into a spike! Pin for 1..2..NO!!! Owens runs right into a kick. Kalisto hits the roes, runs, nearly gets hit with a tilt-a-whirl, but Kalisto turns it into a DDT! Pin for 1..2…..NO!!! Close call. Owens rolls to the outside and lands on his feet. Kalisto goes for a baseball slide, but Owens moves to the side. He grabs Kalisto in a fireman’s then just pushes him up over his head and Kalisto lands on his stomach. Owens rips the top of the announce table off. Owens removes the tvs. He sets up for a powerbomb, staring a hole into Dolph. He flips Kalisto up…AND POWERBOMBS HIM ONTO DOLPH!!! Holy shit! Owens isn’t done! He hits Dolph with a SUperkick!

Owens rolls Kalisto into the ring. Dolph tries to get to Owens, but Kalisto rolls OWens up! Pin for 1..2…3!!!!!

Man I loved this match so much. Owens vs Little Dudes all day please.

Owens is PISSED. He attacks Kalisto. Dolph runs into the ring, so Owens escapes. He calls this crap.

Backstage, JoJo is with The Miz. He interrupts JoJo to bring up how he did NOT interrupt Styles on Monday. She tries to bring up the obvious, but Miz interrupts yet again. He brings up Daniel Bryan and how he mentored Bryan. He brings up Styles turning down his offer to better himself, so tonight he’ll give a more forceful critique.

Ryback is so hungry that he ate Gillberg.

Match 3: Ryback vs Erick Rowan
Lockup to start. Rowan shoves Ryback into the corner. Ryback reverses and hits some rights. Whip to the ropes is reversed. Rowan misses a clothesline. Crossbody by Ryback!!! He hits a few rights. Rowan gets on the apron and hangs up Ryback by the head. Rowan gets back in and just trucks Ryback down hard!! Rowan with the right hands. Rowan steps on Ryback’s gut. Ryback in the corner. Rowan attacks with a right, then attacks the upper back. Stomp to Ryback. Rowan does the head vice. Ryback stands up and turns into…a knee. Rowan sets Ryback up on the corner laying down, like he’s Sasha Banks. He hits the gut with rights then runs into an elbow. Ryback with a missile dropkick!! Ryback rushes to the corner with a clothesline. Running high knee from Ryback!! Wow. He lifts up. Spinebuster! Ryback calls for the Meathook! Braun gets on the apron.

Ryback knocks Braun off the ropes. Meathook! Pin for 1…2…3!!!

Braun enters the ring and shoves Ryback out of the ring. Ryback stands tall as the three behemoths stare each other down.

Renee Young is backstage with Becky Lynch. Renee brings up Sasha getting jumped, and her subsequently helping her out. Becky is about to explain, but Sasha Banks interrupts. She says that The Boss doesn’t do friends. She knows Renee has her new show on The Network, but this isnt a Table for 3. She says if Becky was on fire on the street, she wouldn’t help her. Becky says when she sees someone in trouble, she helps. Sasha didn’t ask for her help. Becky says she looked like she needed it. Sasha says she’d have lasted a lot longer than Becky would. Becky says Team BAD is gunning for Sasha. Sasha says they’re gunning for Becky, too. Becky claims then they’ll just have to work together.

Match 4: The Miz vs Styles
The MIz rushes forward and misses a right hand. Styles gets him in the corner. Miz hits an elbow. Styles with a standing dropkick. Snap suplex. Miz calls for mercy. Miz kicks out of the corner. Miz runs right into a double leg takedown. Styles with right hands, until Miz rushes outside. Styles uses the ropes to launch himself over the ropes AND hit a hard elbow to the face!!! Wow. Looked great. Miz gets sent back down to the mat. Stlyes tries to kick back but Miz pulls the leg out from under him, and Styles eats apron. Miz lifts up Styles and sends him back in the ring. Cover for 1..2…NO! Miz mounts Styles and hits rights then drops himself on Styles back, Miz with a cravat from behind. They’re both standing. Styles turns into it and hits a jawbreaker, but Miz turns and hits a neckbreaker/backbreaker combo. Pin for 1..2..NO! Miz checks his teeth. He locks Stlyes up on the ropes and chokes him with a leg to the back of the head. Miz hits the ropes. Leg lariat to the back o the head. Cover for 1…2.NO! Miz locks the arms from behind. Styles with chops to the chest. Whip to the ropes, Mix hits a knee to the gut. Big Boot from Miz! Cover for 1..2..NO! Miz stands and hits a kick to the face. He hits the ropes again. Another kick to the face. Styles with right elbows. Whip to the ropes, Miz with a clothesline. Cover for 1..2…NO! Miz hits the ropes and a kick to the face. Miz hits the ropes. ANOTHER kick to the face. Miz hits the ropes. Styles with a rollup! Miz runs into a boot. Left hand by Miz. Stlyes retorts with right hands, and another clothesline. Jericho is giving Stlyes a lot of positive priase. Stlyes runs into the corner, Miz tosses him over, Styles with a springboard, both men hit clotheslines in the middle of the ring!

Back from a break, and Styles is hitting a clotheslin in the corner. He gets a firemans then drops Miz on the knee, headfirst! Cover for 1..2..NO! Miz with kick, then a DDT to Stlyes! Cover for 1..2..NO! Miz calls for the SCF. Stlyes escapes. Pele kick! Cover for 1..2…NO!!! Styles calls for the Clash! Miz escapes. Miz runs to the corner and Styles moves aside! Stlyes with a springboard forearm into the face! Kipup! Styles grabs the head. Miz floats out. Roll up. Pin for 1..2…NO! They roll again.

After the match, jericho enters the ring. He tells Styles that he is very impressive. He then says that Styles wouldn’t be here if he wasn’t good. He wouldn’t have won three matches in three nights. We know that he’s good, but is he great? Jericho wants to know. Does Styles have what it takes to be a WWE Champion, to reach legendary status? Is he good enough? Does he have what it takes to beat Jericho twice? Jericho wants to know. He’s been lying awake at night thinking about it, and he has an idea. How about Jericho vs Styles next week on Smackdown?

If Styles thinks he’s great, then prove it…Jericho extends his hands and asks if Styles is in. Styles hesitates then shakes Jericho’s hand. They do the manly thing and get close enough to kiss.

Backstage, Roman Reigns is with JoJo givin her the ol winkk wink. She brins up the miscommunication between Reigns and Ambrose. Reigns says that he and Dean are never on the same page. He has his own style, Reigns has his. Accidents happen on the road to Wrestlemania. Come Fastlane, though, there will be no accident – it’ll be an 18 car pile up (which is an accident). He says toinght that they’ll be fine.

Woods would like to talk to us about something very important, and no it’s not the fact that they kicked off their brand new show on the network, it’s the fact that they have something everyone wants but only a select few have….

It’s the feeling you get after your first spoonful of Booty-O cereal. Gold is what separates them from the pack. It’s like being beautiful butterflies flying amongst ugly catepillars. Heath says he is sorry Bo-Rida ain’t here because he’s in the studio making his gold album. Rose brings up the fact that their belts are not gold, they’re bronze. Social Outcasts claim they will be taking those bronze titles from around their waists.

Woods and Big E tell Social Outcasts not to touch their waists.

Rose hilarousyly says “we’re going to touch em.”

Axel makes fun of the Rhino horns, and can’t pronounce rhinocerous. haha.

Heath says these three will be extinct.

Match 5: The New Day vs Social Outcast
Heath and Woods to start. Heath sends Woods over the top rope to the outside with a clothesline. All six men talk shit to each other as we go to a break. We come back, and Heath is hitting a hard kick. Roll up for 1..2..NO! Heath grabs Kofi and sends him into the corner. Kicks in the corner. Tag to Rose. Rose with an uppercut. Rose rushes the corner and misses a hard splash. Tag to Big E. E with a belly to belly. Big E with some stomps. Tag to Woods, who enters with stomps. tag to Kofi. The “Unicorn Stampede” in full effect. Whip to Kofi who hits a dropkick. He rolls out, and we get a dance from all of New Day! Big E looks especially awkward. Kofi hits the ropes, then a kick to the head of Rose. Cover for 1..2…NO! Kofi tags in Woods and hits Rose with a right hand. Woods flies over the top rope, locks the head, spins. DDT! Pin for 1..2..NO! Woods rolls, flips, goes for a monkey flip, but Rose hits a spinebuster!!!

Tag to Axel. Tag to Kofi. They exchange some chain then Kofi flies off the top rope, lands on his feet. Trouble in Paradise attempt is failed. Axel hits the ropes, knee to Kofi’s face! Cover for 1…2..NO! Woods interrupts. Heath enters and sends Woods to the outside. Big E sends Heath outside. Rose sends Big E out! Trouble in Paradise by Kofi Kingston.

Pin by Axel for 1…2…NO! Axel had his feet on the ropes, but Woods shoves the feet off. Heath knocks Wood down, Big E knocks Heath down. Rollup by Kofi! He uses the ropes!! Pin for 1…2…3!!

Lockup into a side headlock. Alicia sends Charlotte down with a tackle. Boot by Charlotte and she sends Alicia into the corner. Alicia hops up on the apron and does the splits. harlotte pulls her, drops her. Alicia back in the corner, on the top rope. Charlotte grabs the legs, swings Alicia to the right, then hits a pretty cool neckbreaker. Charlotte kicks Alicia to the outside. She follows and sends Alicia back in. Alicia with a right forearm. Another. Another. Into the corner. Alixia misses a final, Charlotte goes fo ra shoulder, but Alicia hops up in the splits. Sunset flip. Pin for 1..2..NO! Charlotte headbutts Alicia in the belly then covers for 1..2..NO! Charlotte drops an elbow to the shoulder. Charlotte with head scissors. She slams Alicia into the mat. We get a double dropkick. Both girls down. Alicia with a knee, another, one more. Right arm and a knee. Hits the ropes. Dropkick by Fox. Another. Tilt a whirl backbreaker to Charlotte and a pin for 1..2…NO! Forearm to the fce by Charlotte as Alicia yells at Flair. They tangle until Alicia hits a Northern Lights! Pin for 1..2..NO!

Charlotte hits the ropes, clips the knee, and sets up for the Figure Four into the Figure Eight! Alicia reaches for the ropes, then taps out.

Truth thinks about it for a split second. Goldust says he’ll help Truth to the car. Truth says no. They fight over the bag until it opens up and the contents spillout. Goldust tries to help. Truth calls him Mr. Weirdo. He doesn’t need help with his bag, and doesnt need help with a partner. Goldust considers weiring Truth’s underwear. Truth grabs them from his hands then heads out.

Match 1: Roman Reigns and Dean Ambrose vs Rusev and Alberto Del Rio
Ambrose and Rusev to start. Ambrose with a headlock takedown. He locks the arm and spins a bit. Rusev tries to turn into the hold, but Ambrose cinches the hold and stands up. Ambrose shoves Rusev down on the knee then kicks the back. Side headlock again. They hit the ropes. Rusev with a shoulder tackle, knocking Ambrose down. Drop toe hold to Rusev. Ambrose grinds Rusev’s face into the mat. Tag to Reigns. Whip is reversed, but Reigns holds the ropes then kicks Rusev up. Right hand. They exchange rights for a bit. They change to knees. Roundhouse kick to Reigns! Tag to Del Rio. Del Rio is on the 2nd rope. He flies off with an axe handle. Cravat from behind by Del Rio. Del Rio gets hit by a few rights once Reigns escapes, then hits a boot to Reigns. Clothesline and a pin by Del Rio. 1..2….NO! Tag to Rusev Rusev with a short clothesline. He gives a right to Ambrose for no good reason. Suplex to Reigns. Cover for 1..2…NO! Rusev chokes Reigns up on the apron. Del Rio chokes him up too as Rusev distracts. Rusev goes to hit Ambrose again, allowing Reigns to hit a Samoan Drop! Tag to Ambrose. He hits a clothesline in the corner. Bulldog! Ambrose on the top rope. Missile dropkick! Right hand to Del Rio but Del Rio hops off. Rusev runs, and Ambrose holds the ropes. Ambrose hits the ropes. Suicide dive to Rusev! Ambrose grabs Rusev and sends him back in the ring. Rusev misse a clothesline. Ambrose goes for a crossbody. Rusev spins. goes for the side slam, but Ambrose rolls him up for 1…2.NO!!! Ambrose with a kick. he goes for Dirty Deeds, but Rusev escapes. HUGE kick to the side of the head!! Ambrose bounces off the ropes with a clothesline to Rusev. Both men down. Ambrose gets the tag! Reigns hits a drive by to Rusev! Right hand to Del Rio! Reigns goes for a Superman, but Barrett gets on the apron. Reigns goes to do something about it, but Rusev is there! Superman Punch to Rusev! Pin for 1…2..NO!!! Del Rio with a superkick to Reigns!!! Reigns is grabbed by Del Rio. Del Rio with right hands. Ambrose hits the ropes. SUICIDE DIVE but he runs inot Reigns! Reigns catches him and asks what he’s doing. Rusev tries to attack.

SUPERMAN PUNCH to Rusev!!! Ambrose grabs Del Rio’s head and drops him on the announce table. Reigns sends Rusev into the ring. SPEAR by Reigns! Pin for 1..2…3!!!
