Another Lawsuit Filed Against TNA – Company Owes Another $207,000

According to f4wonline.com, another lawsuit against TNA Entertainment LLC has been revealed. On September 29th, 2016 a lawsuit was filed by Bankdirect Capital Finance, LLC, asking for $207,612.29 plus late charges, interest and attorney fees in Circuit Court in Cook County, Illinois.
Back on November 30th, 2015, BankDirect entered into an agreement where it would give TNA $400,146.00 so they could pay certain insurance premiums. TNA agreed to make ten monthly payments of $41,032.45, with the first payment taking place on November 13, 2015. As of the time the suit was filed, TNA had paid nearly half but was $207,612.29 behind.
