Bruce Prichard Says TNA Kept IRS Money Garnished From His Paychecks

October 21, 2016 | Posted by Jeremy Thomas

– Bruce Prichard claims that TNA kept money they garnished from his paychecks that were supposed to go to the IRS. On the latest episode of his Something to Wrestle With Podcast, Prichard spoke with Conrad Thompson about TNA’s current situation and alleged that the company got him in trouble with the IRS over it.

When asked if TNA owes him money, Prichard said, “You know, they did something that was really bad. I had some financial issues, and they were supposed to pay to the government, and so on and so forth, and they didn’t do it.” He said TNA “garnished things from my check” that were supposed to go to the federal government and acknowledged that TNA didn’t actually pay the government. He added, “Then the government came after me for [not] paying them.”

When asked how much, Prichard said it was about $10,000 and that the government finally receieved it after he showed them proof of where it went. He added, “So, I don’t know, ’cause I never heard the end of it, other than the government was satisfied. And…it was just those kind of little petty things that didn’t have to happen, that made you kind of feel dirty at the end.”
