CBS Affiliate Picks Up Story On Big Vito’s Lawsuit Against WWE
January 30, 2015 | Posted by
A CBS affiliate in Philadelphia has picked up the story of “Big” Vito Lograsso and former developmental talent Evan “Adam Mercer” Singleton suing the WWE.
Lograsso claims that he “was one of the best” wrestlers in the world. He said he was told he has brain damage and deals with headaches, deafness, and depression. While LoGrasso has wrestled from the early 1990s until last year, he was only under contract to WWE for two or three years.
LoGrasso’s attorney said: “In the NFL, if you have a concussion they make you sit out. And if you have too many you can’t ever get back in the game. ….somebody’s got to say stop. Somebody’s got to say stop instead of keep enticing them to get back in.”
