411’s TNA Impact Report 11.19.14

* Highlights from last week’s show.

* Bobby Roode makes his way to the ring. Roode says that everyone has a friend, a real friend. Eric Young is one of his true friends, and last week Lashley tried to end his career. Austin Aries is a man he respects, a man who is one of the greatest wrestlers to step into a ring, Lashley tried to end his career. Roode says Young, He and Aries all share a love of wrestling, and Lashley tried to take that away. Lashley wants a shot at the title, and Roode will give that to him. But not tonight, tonight is not about the title, tonight is not about wrestling, tonight is about a fight. No refs or rules, just Roode kicking Lashley’s ass, so get out here right now!

Lashley’s music hits and here he comes. Roode rushes him and they brawl on the ramp. They brawl and Lashley slams Roode into the wall, but then misses with a chair shot. Security is out to stop this and separate them. Roode breaks away from security and starts to brawl with Lashley again.

* EC3 says Young is unfortunately hurt, which allows an opportunity for Rockstar Spud. He challenges Spud to go face to face with him tonight.

* TNA is back on December 3rd, as they look at the top moments of 2014.

* We get a video package for tonight’s Knockouts Title match.

Knockouts Title Match: Havok © vs. Gail Kim vs. Taryn Terrell: Kim is still selling the injured shoulder, which is appreciated. Kim and Terrell both try to attack Havok early, but Havok takes them down with a dual clothesline. Havok slams Terrell into Kim and then hits the corner splash onto both. Terrell and Kim then use kicks and forearms to try and take Havok down, but Havok takes Terrell down and slams Kim onto her. Knees by Havok to Kim, Havok misses the charge but then sends Kim to the corner post, shoulder first. Havok then lays the boots to Terrell, and then applies the bear hug and follows with a slam. Kim over and gets the octopus hold, and Havok is down to her knees and then to the mat. Terrell over and applies a reverse Indian death lock, which leads to a break and Kim and Terrell arguing a bit. They then send Havok to the floor. High cross off the apron by Terrell, caught by Havok, but Kim flies off as well and they take Havok down as we head to a commercial…

Back from commercial as Kim and Terrell go at it. Corner splash by Kim as Havok is on the floor. Terrell with the roll up for 2. Backslide follows for 2. Kim counters a suplex into a small package for 2. Back elbow by Terrell and a clothesline follows. Another, boot and then the neck breaker connects. Havok trips up Terrell and pulls her to the floor, and then plants her face first to the barricade. Kim to the floor, but Havok hits a spinebuster to stop that noise. Havok tosses Terrell into the ring and then Kim as well. Havok lays the boots to both and lays then side by side. She heads to the second rope and splashed both, covers both but they kick out at 2. Havok misses a corner splash on Terrell, and then on Kim. They beat her down in the corner and try to toss her to the floor. Kim up top and hits a leg drop to Havok who was hanging over the top rope. Terrell then dropkicks Kim back to the floor and tosses her back in. Forearms follow, but then a clothesline by Kim. Corner splash follows and Kim up top now. Terrell follows her up, lays in forearms, tries the superplex by Havok is back in and the tower of doom follows. Havok lays Kim on top of Terrell, to the second rope again and misses the splash. Havok then tries to chokeslam both, countered and they start to work her over and Kim plants Havok with the DDT. Kim up top, high cross onto Havok gets 2. Terrell up top and hits the high cross and that also gets 2. Eat defeat by Kim, cutter by Terrell and Kim breaks that up. Terrell then gets a sneaky roll up on Kim and gets the win!

* Terrell celebrates as Kim looks disappointed, but then offers her a hug.

* Kenny King meets with MVP. MVP says he had to take some time, and says they came here to win titles, and they did that. But MVP is not happy with Angle for getting involved in his business. He wants to remind people who he is. King is pleased with this.

* We get highlights of Samoa Joe vacating the X-Division Title.

* We then get highlights of the show’s opening segment.

* Roode says that he will not stand here and allow his friends to be beaten down and taken out. He is not intimidated by Lashley, and he is challenging Lashley. The fight has just begun.

Chris Melendez vs. Kenny King: Lock up, to the ropes they go and then the corner. They break clean. King mocks Melendez for only having one leg, they lock up and to the corner they go. King misses a cheap shot and Melendez tries to go after him, but King hides in the ropes. Lock up, go behind and takedown by King. He shows off a bit and to the feet they go. King works the arm, go behind by Melendez, but an elbow by King connects. Rights by Melendez, and then a hip toss follows. Another hip toss and King rolls to the floor. Melendez tries to pull King in, but King rakes the eyes and kicks him in the face. King back in the ring, and works a modified camel clutch. King talks trash and then pummels Melendez with cross face shots. King with the hang time on Melendez, then springboards in but Melendez gets the boot with the prosthetic leg. Clotheslines follow, and then the fisherman’s suplex by Melendez gets 2. Melendez with the big boot to King, Samoan drop try follows but MVP is in with the chair shot for the DQ.

* MVP shoves King away and lays in the chair shots to Melendez. Mr. Anderson finally arrives as MVP and King bail.

* Spud discusses EC3 wanting him to come to the ring tonight, so he’s on his way to the ring.

* Angle checks on Melendez backstage. Melendez has to go to the hospital, and Anderson is pissed. Angle promises to take care of the situation.

* Ethan Carter III and Tyrus make their way to the ring. Carter mocks the feel good story of little Spud, who has endeared himself to the masses. Spud even made friends along the way. Carter is now giving Spud the chance to come to the ring and fight him. Spud makes his way to the ring, wearing a brick wall patterned suit. Carter says that Spud is afraid due to Tyrus, and demands that Tyrus stay on the floor no matter what happens when Spud gets into the ring. Spud then drops the jacket and enters the ring. Carter says he ruined Spud’s life, and it entertained him. He offers Spud the first shot, and mocks him a bit, but Spud says he will not hit him in the face and kicks him in the balls. Spud then lights up Carter with rights, and they brawl to the mat. Rights and knees by Carter, tosses him around and continues the beat down. Carter lays in the boots, and then slams Spud’s head to the mat. Spud tries to pull himself up, and Carter just allows him to fall to the mat. Tyrus in now and Spud gets to his feet again, and Tyrus picks him up for a chokeslam and then connects with a right as Spud gets slammed down. Carter then takes some scissors and promises to tear Spud apart until he ends his career. Tyrus has Spud in a camel clutch as Carter starts to cut Spud’s hair. He cuts a little and stands tall as some blood runs down his face.

* Angle searches for MVP, and finds King. MVP then attacks Angle from behind and lays in rights as King watches on and asks what MVP just did. MVP says he’s done playing games, and that this is something he should have done a long time ago.

Hardcore Match: Bram vs. Tommy Dreamer: They start the match on the ramp, brawling around and Dreamer slamming Bram to the barricade and apron. Dreamer empties out a trashcan and then hits a clothesline off of the apron. Bram fights back and slams Dreamer on the ramp, grabs the trashcan and nails Dreamer in the head with it. Rights by Bram follow, and Dreamer is busted open. Dreamer then slams Bram to the post, and then hits a suplex on the floor as we head to a commercial…

Back from commercial as Bram slams Dreamer onto the steps. Dreamer’s busted open pretty well now, as Bram wipes Dreamer’s blood on his chest. Bram grabs a trashcan and nails Dreamer again and covers for 1. Elbows by Bram, belly to back suplex follows and then misses an elbow drop. Boot by Dreamer, and then connects with the clothesline. Dreamer then lays in shots with the kendo stick, White Russian leg sweep follows and Dreamer covers for 2. Bram rakes the eyes, off the ropes and Dreamer atomic drops Bram onto a chair. Dreamer to the second rope and clotheslines Bram out of the chair and covers for 2. Dreamer sets Bram up top and then into the tree of WHOA! Trashcan shot by Dreamer, lays it in front of Bram’s face and then connects with the basement dropkick. Dreamer lays out a chair and looks for the DDT. Bram is bleeding now and manages to counter into an STO onto the chair, and covers for 2. Bram off the ropes with the chair, but Dreamer kicks it into his face. DDT by Dreamer follows and the cover gets 2. Dreamer rolls to the floor and grabs a chair wrapped in barbed wire. Dreamer lays it on the mat, but Magnus runs in and attacks Dreamer. Magnus tells Bram to finish things; Bram holds Dreamer and Magnus lays in some rights. Bram lays the barbed wire chair down and then Al Snow runs in. Snow clears the ring and brawls with Magnus to the back. Dreamer grabs a cheese grater and rakes it across Bram’s head. Barbed wire chair wedged in the corner by Dreamer, Bram counters and low blows Dreamer. He then slams Dreamer to the chair and hits the implant DDT and that is all.

* Kurt Angle says there are consequences for what MVP did. He will head to the ring and take care of this problem, once and for all.

* We get highlights of Storm and Abyss winning the tag team titles last week.

* Earlier today, Mahabali Shera spoke with Manik and was asking why James Storm didn’t like him. Manik said it was complicated, but that Storm needs for Shera needs to awaken.

For The Vacant X-Division Title: Low Ki vs. Tigre Uno vs. DJ Zema Ion vs. Manik: brawling to begin, bodies to the floor and Ki and Ion are in. Ki kicks Ion to the mat, and covers for 2. Manik sneaks in, uppercuts to Ki and then off the ropes and after some counters Ion off the top with a missile dropkick to both men. Uno in with chops to Ion, dropkick by Uno and a cover gets 2. Ki with chops to Uno, to the corner and Mi misses with the splash, Uno sets him up top and they battle for position. Ion picks Uno off the ropes, Manik then suplexes Uno as Ki kicks Ion. Surfboard by Manik on Uno, and Ion sneaks in to cover Manik but Ki breaks it all up with the double stomp off the top ropes. Ki manages to cover Uno for 2. Manik avoids Ki and sends him to the floor, charges and eats a kick as he tried for a dive. Ion tries a dive, but Ki counters. They brawl on the floor, kick by Ki and Uno sends Manik into Ki, who falls onto Ion. Uno hits a twisting moonsault dive onto the pile on the floor. Uno rolls Manik back into the ring and covers for 2. Uno up top, Ki crotches him and puts him in the tree of HOA. Manik tosses Ki off the top, Ion with the DDT and covers for 2 as Manik hits a splash off the top to break that up. Uno then flies in with a corkscrew splash to break up a pin, and covers Manik for 2. Uno back up top, crotched by Ki, and they battle for position up top. Ki counters the Spanish fly, then counters the RANA and turns it into a SUPER KI KRUSHER! That’s all she wrote.

* MVP is on the phone trying to talk with Lashley. He says that Angle may be hurting their business and their money.

* Kurt Angle walks.

* Main event promo time. Kurt Angle makes his way to the ring. Angle had warned the roster that if anyone got physical with him in his new authority figure role that they would pay. Angle says if MVP doesn’t like how he does business and wants to put his hands on him, well he’s here in the ring. He has to call the board of directors to see what his punishment will be. MVP makes his way out to the ring. He says Angle used to be important, but now he’s calling his mommy because MVP beat his ass. And he did that because he’s sick of the company, sick of Angle and sick of the board of directors that took his job. He calls Angle a snitch, and Angle says he wasn’t going to have MVP fired. Angle says when the New Year hits, and while he may get in trouble he will start off the new year right. Angle attacks and they brawl. King arrives and cuts off Angle and they beat down Angle. MVP then shoves King away and lays out Angle with the blackout kick. To the floor and Ken Anderson arrives and brawls with King. Lashley arrives and spears Anderson and King then laughs at Anderson. Bobby Roode then pulls King to the floor and slams him to the barricade. Roode and Lashley go face to face and they brawl. They trade rights as the show ends…

* On December 3rd, TNA starts to look at the best of 2014 with their best of special. No show next week.
