Nakamura Time: Renee Young introduces the artist known as Shinsuke Nakamura. Before Renee can get into the question, Dolph Ziggler interrupts and makes his way to the ring. Ziggler said he’d play interview with Nakamura, but Ziggler cuts him off and claims he will translate from Japanese, but Nakamura was speaking English. Ziggler then questions his movements when he comes to the ring, and claims Nakamura’s name is actually Michael, making a Michael Jackson joke. Ziggler then calls him a big weirdo, continuing to make Michael Jackson jokes. Ziggler claims that Nakamura means “overrated freak.” Nakamura takes the mic and says he will ask the questions, and asks Ziggler what’s his problem, and Nakamura “translates” for him taking the mic away, and calls Ziggler a jackass. Ziggler attacks, but Nakamura fights back, hits a suplex but Ziggler bails before Kinshasa can connect.

– Kevin Owens joins commentary.

AJ Styles vs. Baron Corbin: Styles tries to use his speed to begin, lays in some strikes and works a side headlock. Styles then works leg kicks, maintaining control. Corbin powers Styles to the corner, but Styles uses his speed to avoid the attacks of Corbin, keeping this a wrestling match for as long as possible. Corbin finally takes control, booting Styles to the floor. Post break, Corbin was working the heat back in the ring, grounding Styles. Corbin then tossed Styles to the corner, and then hit a chokebreaker for 2. Ground and pound followed for Corbin, and then set Styles up top and followed him up. Styles escaped the superplex and then hit the PELE. Styles followed with corner clotheslines and kicks, the sliding forearm connected for 2. Styles teased the clash, but Corbin fought it off and then blocked the calf crusher. Styles catches Corbin with a kick, Owens distracts Styles and eats a kick, but Corbin cuts Styles off an looks for a powerbomb, but Styles rolled through into a sunset flip for the win. AJ Styles defeated Baron Corbin @ 11:00 via pin

– Post match, Owens and Corbin beat down Styles, and Sami Zayn makes the save. Helluva to Corbin, but Owens laid out Styles with the pop up powerbomb.

– Charlotte is interviewed, saying gold runs through her veins and now the queen needs a new kingdom to rule, and she needs the title and will accomplish her drive for five tonight. She is the greatest star in WWE history.

Beat The Clock Challenge Match: American Alpha vs. The Colons: Gable worked a fast pace to begin, going for near falls right away. Tag to Jordan, he hits the dropkick and maintains control, going for covers on Primo. It’s all Alpha early, Epico helps Promo, distracting Gable and the Colons finally are able to take control. They take the heat on Gable, going for repeated covers, but Gable keeps kicking out. The Colons work a series of double teams, Gable keeps trying to fire up, but gets cut off each time. Nice fluid heat by the Colons. Keeping things moving and constantly going for near falls, playing to the stipulation. Jordan gets sent to the floor, the Colons look o finish Gable, but Jordan makes the save and grand amplitude finishes it. American Alpha defeated The Colons @ 5:17 via pin

– We get a New Day coming soon video package.

Rusev runs down Shane McMahon and Daniel Bryan; the only way he will wrestle for Smackdown is if he gets a championship match at MITB, or he will go back to Bulgaria. He didn’t specify WWE title, so poor form from Rusev there.

– Becky Lynch is interviewed, and says that she has a complex relationship with Charlotte, she may not approve of her methods, but she makes the most of her chances and does what anyone would do. Natalya, Tamina & Carmella arrive and tell her she’s either with them or against them.

No DQ, Non Title Match: Champion Randy Orton vs. Erick Rowan: Rowan attacked right away, working clubbing strikes until Orton cuts him off and clotheslines him to the floor. Rowan pulls him to the floor, but Orton posts him and hits a back breaker onto the barricade. Orton then repeatedly slams Rowan to the table and then hits the side suplex onto the table. Rowan battles back, whipping Orton to the steps. Back in they go, with Rowan hitting a corner splash and a dropkick for 2. Rowan gets a kendo stick, lays in shots on Orton and covers for 2. Rowan then got a table, set it up on the floor but Orton fought it off and laid in strikes. He then hit Rowan with the keno stick and sent him through the table. We then went to a break, why I have no clue, because that was a great place to finish it. Post break, Rowan as back in control, because fuck tables. They brawled back to the floor, Rowan then got the kendo stick but back in Orton hit the draping DDT. Rowan fights off the RKO, and hits Orton with the kendo stick again and we again go to the floor. Rowan hits Orton with the steps, grabs a chair as they work back into the ring. He wedges the chair in the corner, but since he set it up, Orton sent him into it and then hit the RKO for the win. Champion Randy Orton defeated Erick Rowan @ 12:20 via pin

– Orton cuts a promo, noting that he will find out what the house of horrors is all about; but Wyatt is wrong, the house of horrors will be Wyatt’s eternal hell. Jinder Mahal arrives, and is pissed that Orton has over looked him and disrespected him. Mahal is the true horror and Orton needs to worry about him, because he will take the title because he has more wealth, talent, and class than anyone in the arena. Mahal claims Orton disrespects him because he lacks tolerance, but at backlash, he will take his respect back and take the gory of the WWE title to his people. He then speaks Punjab to his people. They brawled, but the Singh brother made the save and they beat down Orton, with Mahal hitting the cobra clutch slam; that’s going to look great when Orton counters it into the RKO. Good segment as Mahal got some heat on Orton, cut a strong promo and then walked away with the belt. I do hate that the WWE rushes to exploit the xenophobic parts of its audience for the easy heat.

– We get a dancing Lana video.

Beat The Clock Challenge Match: FaBreeze vs. The Ascension: They tease an Ascension victory in the opening seconds, and then the Ascension kept going for near falls, but Breeze survived and then got the tag to Fandango. He ran wild off of a good hot tag, but no one cared. The Ascension then worked double teams on Fandango, Breeze made the save and Fandango go hit the falcon arrow (HE DID THE FUCKIN DEAL AND WON!) FaBreeze defeated The Ascension @ 2:55 via pin [NR]

– We get a house of horrors preview video.

Smackdown Women’s Title Match: Champion Naomi vs. Charlotte: I am happy to see the ladies get the main event tonight. They worked a solid back and forth with Naomi taking control until Charlotte tripped her up on the apron and slammed her to the floor as we went to a break. Post break, Charlotte had control, working a cravat and taking the heat on Naomi. Naomi started to fight back, but Charlotte tossed her to the corner and laid in the boots in the corner. Naomi finally hits a jawbreaker and follows with the speedball kicks. The RANA and stunner followed as Naomi was fired up. The head kick followed, and then a sunset flip, but Charlotte rolled out and ate another head kick for the near fall. They trade strikes center ring, and then Naomi hits the rear view for a great near fall. Charlotte then catches a RANA and hits the powerbomb for another near fall. Charlotte now heads up top, but the moonsault eats knees. Carmella, Tamina & Natalya run down and attack Charlotte. Naomi helps her out, but the numbers game gets to them and the new mean girls trio stands tall. Charlotte defeated Champion Naomi @ 10:30 via DQ
