Details on What to Expect When TNA & Billy Corgan Return to Court on Monday

– According to Pwinsider.com, here is the latest in regards to TNA and Billy Corgan returning to court on Monday….

* On Monday we will find out if Billy Corgan’s temporary restraining order against the company is replaced by a temporary injunction. If this happens, then the current stockholders will be unable to sell the company and no major business decisions will be able to be made without the input and approval of Corgan. But if it is shot down, then it will be business as usual. Furthermore, a decision on whether Corgan gets to take over Carter’s control of the company’s 92.5% voting rights could happen.

* Corgan’s loan has to be repaid no matter what on November 1st, and that totals $1.8 million. The question is not if he will get the money, but if he will get the “corporate transaction” fee, which based on what was stated in court earlier this week, was 50% of his loan. That’s another $900,000. Anthem has stated that they would repay the loan but not the transaction fee.

* If he doesn’t get the injunction, the likely scenario will see him paid what is owed (by Anthem) and then he will be gone from the company. Anthem would then take 85% ownership of TNA, with Aroluxe taking 10% and leaving Dixie Carter with the remaining 5%. Aroluxe’s CEO Jason Brown would then be installed as the CEO of Impact Ventures for at least three years. Anthem would fund TNA, with plans to tape content around 4 times per year.

* Pwinsider.com notes that if Corgan ends up out and Carter remains in some capacity that things could get interesting. Corgan reportedly had a lot of communication with the talent in comparison to the other parties involved in current ownership. Also, if Carter remains in any sort of power, she has to face a locker room that she told she was not planning to sell the company to WWE. But it came out in the court documents that she spoke with WWE about a sale as far back as June. She also had talks with WWE just days before she gave them the big talk where she said that she would not sell to WWE. Unless WWE was planning on taking the talent, which Pwinsider.com says a WWE source told them that was not the case, the TNA roster would have been out of a job.
