Winner- The Big Show **1/2 (This was at the same level of last year’s battle royal. This got a ton of time and there were some interesting moments during the match. Mizdow got the spotlight shined on him here and the crowd was dying for him to win. I understand why Show won, since he never won a battle royal before and this gives him another accomplishment but this should have ended with Mizdow dumping Miz for the win.)

This was a pretty damn good match, Rollins continues to work his ass off and make every single big opportunity he gets counts. Orton brought his A-game too and the results was a captivating back and forth contest and J&J continue to be a great act and add to the drama of Rollins’ matches. We’re off to a great start with this WrestleMania so far.)

Winner- Triple H ***1/4 (We knew that Sting was going to be limited so they needed smoke and mirrors to help this match out. I loved the way then went about doing it. Bringing in DX and the New World Order, they decided to go the more fun rout and made fans like me feel nostalgic all over again. The wrestling was pedestrian but god damn did I have a blast watching this. Triple H winning didn’t bother me and if this is Sting’s swan song, this was a fun way to go out.)

After the match, the N.W.O and DX help Triple H and Sting up. HHH offers a handshake and Sting accepts.

Pat Patterson, Roddy Piper, Ricky Steamboat, Ric Flair, and Bret Hart congratulate Daniel Bryan on inning the Intercontinental Championship. Ron Simmons appears but he never held the title, so he says “Damn!”

Winner and NEW WWE US Champion- John Cena ***1/2 (I preferred the Fast Lane match due to the better heat and Cena was more vulnerable in that match but this was a well done follow up. Rusev’s performance here was absolutely outstanding and I keep following more in love with him with each performance. He played off being more desperate this time around since he didn’t want this match to begin with and his facial expressions when he couldn’t put Cena away were phenomenal. Cena was more focused and pride drove him to victory. Well executed match that I wish the crowd was more into but the Rocky IV storyline wasn’t going to click with a more international crowd.)

HHH and Stephanie McMahon come out and announce the new Levi Stadium attendance record of 76,976. Stephanie McMahon shares her first WrestleMania memory of Andre slamming Big John Studd and talks about the evolution of WrestleMania. She claims this wouldn’t be possible with herself and Triple H. Triple H feels like he beat everyone tonight when he owned Sting. He claims he owns everyone in the crowd and in the back and the Authority always wins. They make out and ROCK IS HERE!!!!!!! Crowd is hot for him. Rock tells the Authority he doesn’t own the Rock or the People. The Rock tells them they have two choices, either Triple H can go dress up like Terminator again or they could have a WrestleMania moment right now. HHH and Rock have a stare down and HHH claims he kicked Rock’s ass during their rivalry and claims he has nothing to prove. Rock claims HHH left his balls in Stamford and Stephanie claims without the McMahons, there would be no Rock. He wouldn’t be here if it wasn’t for Vince Sr., Vince Jr., and Stephanie. Rock says Stephanie wouldn’t have power if it wasn’t for Vince’s Johnson. Stephanie slaps Rock and she tells Rock to get out. Rock starts walking around ringside and the crowd starts chanting for Ronda Rousey. ROUSEY HOPS THE GUARDRAIL!!!!! Rock brings Ronda into the ring and he says Rock would never hit a woman. Rock says he knows someone who would be happy to. Stephanie says Ronda is a friend of her’s but she then tells Ronda she owns this ring. She orders Ronda out of the ring but Ronda says any ring she steps into is her’s. She tells Stephanie to make her leave but Stephanie orders her out again. Rock warns Stephanie that Ronda will rip out her fallopian tubes and play jump rope with them. HHH says that enough and Rock agrees. He attacks HHH and RONDA JUDO TOSSES HHH!!!!!! Wyatt goes for Sister Abagail but Taker blocks with the Chokeslam. Taker hits the Tombstone for 2!!! Taker goes for a second one but Wyatt catches him with Sister Abagail for 2!!! CRABWALK~!!!! Taker sits up!!!! They slug it out and Wyatt hammers away. Taker blocks Sister Abagail and he hits the Tombstone for 3.
Winner- The Undertaker **1/2 (This is the worst Undertaker WrestleMania match in many years. The magic of his matches with the Streak on the line wasn’t here and Taker seems to be on his last legs. This dragged at different points and Wyatt’s character probably needs some re-building, he just isn’t that interesting anymore. This was a disappointment. )

Video package for Lesnar/Reigns airs.

WWE World Heavyweight Championship- Brock Lesnar w/Paul Heyman © vs. Roman Reigns
Heyman does Lesnar’s ring introduction for him. Reigns attacks but Lesnar rams him into the corner. Release German suplex by Lesna and he hits the F-5!!!! LESNAR COUNTERS THE SUPERMAN PUNCH INTO THE F-5!!!! SETH ROLLINS COMES OUT!!!!!!!!! He’s cashing in!!!!!!!! Rollins kicks Reigns out of the ring and he hits the Curb Stomp on Lesnar!!! He charges but Lesnar catches him!!! Reigns spears Lesnar but Rollins hits the Curb Stomp for 3!!!!!!!!!!!! OH MY GOD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Winner and NEW WWE Champion- Seth Rollins ****1/2 (This was one of the most incredible spectacles I have ever watched. The Lesnar/Reigns portion was unbelievable. Reigns took the beating of the lifetime, rocked Lesnar on multiple occasions and refused to quick. This was one of the most physical, realistic pro wrestling matches I have ever watched. The controversy will be Rollins cashing in and people will be bitching about how they screwed up Reigns with the finish but at the end of the day, the crowd wasn’t giving Reigns any love even with the incredible performance he put on. Tonight, Rollins is a made man, Lesnar is still the unstoppable beast, and Reigns was put back on the right track and we have an easy feud to carry us into the summer. This was well done and capped off a shockingly great show.)

The final score: review Amazing
The 411
I said in the round table preview that this was the least interested I was in a WrestleMania in a long time, possibly since WrestleMania XXII back in 2006. I am so happy to have been wrong about this WrestleMania, this was an all-time great show. This was the first in who knows how long that an entire WWE show was FUN. The Sting/Triple H match was probably the most fun I had watching a WWE match outside of NXT in forever. The Rock/Rousey segment, while a bit too long, was an absolute blast. The wrestling on this show was very good with Wyatt/Undertaker being the only match that was below my expectations. The Intercontinental and US Championships have been given new life and I'm genuinely excited to see Bryan and Cena as champions. The main event was one of the most incredible battles I've ever watched in the WWE. Brock Lesnar is a treasure, he was beyond incredible in the main event and Reigns stepped up to the plate despite all the negatives he has received and delivered big time. Seth Rollins holding the WWE Championship is a feel good final image for how hard he has worked since the Shield turn and the WWE has positioned themselves for a year's worth of stories between Rollins, Reigns, and Lesnar. It's up to them to take advantage of this golden opportunity. The WWE has once again somehow given me confidence in the product even at their lowest point. This is a classic show that everyone needs to check out immediately.
