October 8, 2015 | Posted by Jeremy Thomas

– It was a good Wednesday night for TNA and Ring of Honor, as both promotions’ Destination America shows rose in the ratings. The initial airing of Impact Wrestling brought in 335,000 viewers and a 0.09 rating in the 18 – 49 demographic, up 22% and a tenth from last week’s 275,000 and 0.08 on the strength of Bound For Glory. The viewership is the best for the show since the September 9th episode brought in 353,000 while the rating is the highest since September 2nd’s 0.11.

Meanwhile, the midnight airing was also up signficantly with 112,000 viewers (up 62% from last week) and a 0.03 demo rating (up a tenth). This replay timeslot has been very up and down over the last four weeks, going from 62,000 on September 16th up to 122,000 on the 23rd, then down to last week’s 69,000 before jumping again.

As for Ring of Honor, they also jumped signficantly thanks to the stronger lead-in. The show brought in 175,000 viewers and a 0.05 demo rating, up 38% and a tenth from last week’s 127,000 viewers and 0.04. The viewership is the best for ROH in this timeslot and second-best for the promotion on Destination America, topped only by the July 8th 7 PM airing which brought in 185,000 viewers. The demo rating tied that week for the best demo rating for ROH on DA yet.

Neither show registered in the top 100 cable originals of the night, as is the norm.
