Jimmy Snuka Competency Hearing Set For Tomorrow
May 31, 2016 | Posted by
The next competency hearing in the murder case against Jimmy Snuka will be at 10:30 AM tomorrow morning in Allentown, Pennsylvania. He was charged with involuntary manslaughter and third-degree murder due to the 1983 death of Nancy Argentino in a hotel room in Allentown.
Presiding judge Kelly L. Banach will make an official ruling on if Snuka understands the crimes against him and can stand trial for them. He said several weeks ago he didn’t know it was an election year, that pro wrestling was real to him and he was unable to say his own age or his mother’s name. His attorney has said that Snuka suffers from dementia and post-concussion issues. Prosecutors think Snuka is faking to get out of the charges.
