Jimmy Snuka’s Next Court Hearing Set For Next Week
May 24, 2016 | Posted by
– June 1st will be the date of the next hearing in Jimmy Snuka’s trial for involuntary manslaughter and third-degree murder. PWInsider reports that the date has been set by the judge in the case, who may make an official determination on whether Snuka is mentally competent to stand trial.
Snuka is accused of killing his girlfriend Nancy Argentino in May of 1983 in a hotel room in Allentown, Pennsylvania. His lawyers claim that he is riddled with dementia and addled from a history of concussions and thus isn’t fit to stand trial. Snuka took the stand last week in one of three days of hearings into the matter.
