John Cena Not Advertised For Smackdown Tapings Following Draft
– As usual, “subject to change” is a caveat that must be kept in mind for situations like these but as it stands, John Cena is not being advertised for Smackdown tapings following the WWE Draft. As Wrestling Inc reports, the Smackdown advertising has largely featured Dean Ambrose, Roman Reigns, Seth Rollins and AJ Styles while Cena hasn’t appeared on any Smackdown ads but has been appearing in ads for Raw.
This would suggest that Cena may well end up on Raw as a result of the draft. WWE has of course not confirmed that information at this time. Tickets went on sale for the Smackdown on August 9th in in Bakersfield, California with an advertised dark match main event of Dean Ambrose, Kane and The Big Show vs. Bray Wyatt, Braun Strowman and Erick Rowan.
