More Detailed Set of WWE House Show Results From Broomfield, Colorado: Gallows and Anderson Defend Tag Belts Against Cesaro and Sheamus

Mike Rowe and JoJo hosted the night. About 3,250 people in attendance (half full).

1. New Day beat The Shining Stars and Titus O’Neil in a six-man tag match. New Day won after the Big Finish with Big E and Kofi double teaming Epico and Kofi got the pin to win the 12 minute match.

2. Neville defeated Cedric Alexander to retain the WWE Cruiserweight Championship. Neville made Cedric tap out at the 11 minute mark. A very good flying match.

3. Sin Cara and Golden Truth over Jinder Mahal, Bo Dallas, and Curtis Axel. R-Truth did an over the top rope roll up to pin Axle in 13 minutes.

4. Braun Strowman beat Sami Zayn. Strowman Power Slammed Zayn 6:00 into the match and got the pin in a very fast match.

Luke Gallows and Karl Anderson appeared on the screen to promote their Tag Team Championship match later on in the night.

Lana came to ringside to fire up and anger the crowd and Enzo and Cass. When the crowd got on her nerves with the chants she said that’s it, Rusev come here and then introduced Rusev to the ring herself.

5. Big Cass (w/Enzo Amore) beat Rusev (w/Lana). Roughly ten minutes into the match, Lana got thrown out for grabbing the ref after Enzo ratted her out after the second time she slapped Cass in the face. After Rusev argued with the referee, he turned around and got a big boot from Cass and was pinned.

Intermission

6. Bayley beat Charolette by DQ in a Raw Women’s Championship match. About 8:00 minutes into the match, Dana Brooke ran in and attacked Bayley and the match was thrown out as a DQ. Alicia Fox attempted to come in for the save, but Nia Jax ran in and took care of that. Sasha Banks music hit and she came running down with a crutch and chased the three heels out of the ring. Charolette, Dana Brooke, and Nia Jax were heading for the back when Bayley grabbed the mic and Said “No way are you going to come in and ruin my title chance. Get back down here and let’s have a six-woman tag match”

7. Bayley, Sasha Banks, and Alicia Fox beat Charlotte, Nia Jax, and Dana Brooke. Eight minutes into the match, Bayley did the Bayley to Belly on Charolette and pinned her.

8. Luke Gallows and Karl Anderson defeated Sheamus and Cesaro to retain the Raw Tag Titles. Anderson raked Cesaro’s eyes and then Anderson schoolboyed Cesaro for the pin.

Jojo announced that it was main event time and introduced Kevin Owens. He came down and took the microphone away from Jojo and said I have bad news and good news for you. The bad news is you live in Bloomington, Colorado. Jojo leaned in and whispered something to Kevin and then he said I don’t care if it is Bloomington or Broomfield because the good news for me is that when I leave here I will still be Universal Champion, but Mick Foley said that I had to have a street fight but I don’t know who my opponent is. Jojo took the microphone away from Kevin and announced his opponent was The Big Show.

8. Big Show defeated Kevin Owens in a non-title street fight. After the Bell rang, Kevin dove out of the ring grabbed Mike Rowe and tried to get him to get in the ring with him. Mike was like no way am I getting involved in this and went back to his seat. During the Match, two tables were destroyed, one by Owens and another by Big Show. Show chokedslammed Owens then picked him up and choked slammed him through a third table. Big Show got the pin on Kevin Owens to end a 20-minute match.

Very good show. All the matches were entertaining except the Strowman vs. Zayn match.
