1996 – WCW Great American Bash is held in Baltimore, MD. World Champion The Giant beats Lex Luger in the main
event. Also during the card, Scott Hall and Kevin Nash accept the challenge from Eric Bischoff to a six-man tag match at the next month’s pay per view, Bash at the Beach, then attack Bischoff, finished by Nash power bombing Bischoff through the stage.
2000 – Three days after the resignation of six members of the board of directors from AJPW, Mitsuharu Misawa
announces the formation of a new group, Pro Wrestling NOAH, and also announces 24 wrestlers are leaving AJPW to join him.
