According to Puroresu Spirit, it was announced that the ownership of Pro Wrestling NOAH has been transferred to Estbee Co., Ltd, as of October 1st. Estbee plans to build towards the further development of NOAH as a professional wrestling promotion. Masayuki Uchida will be taking over the role as the president of the promotion, Yosuke Fuwa will serve as the new representing director. Akira Taue will remain as a close consultant to both. Uchida previously served as the president of All Japan Wrestling and also worked as a consultant to Wrestle-1.
