ORIGINAL: Ric Flair’s fiancé has been hospitalized after being involved in a serious auto accident. Flair took to Twitter to reveal the news that fiancé Wendy Barlow, known as Fifi the Maid in WCW, was in a wreck and was sent to the hospital.

At this time there are no further details on the accident or Barlow’s status. On behalf of 411, our best wishes to Barlow and Flair for a full and speedy recovery.
