Second Set of WWE House Show Results 8.30.15 – Daytona Beach, Florida

1. Dolph Ziggler (w/Lana) beat Rusev (w/Summer Rae) in a No DQ match. Ziggler won with the Zigzag in about 12 minutes after Lana and Summer distracted Rusev. A better match than they had at SummerSlam.

Miz Tv with Adam Rose and Jimmy Uso. Uso took out Rose with a superkick on the ramp after Rose talked about him being WWE’S resident party pooper. Pretty funny stuff from Rose. Too bad he can’t do that on TV. Miz beat Jimmy Uso in a Dance Off. Miz did an awesome Celtic dance, then Jimmy danced to Billie Jean by Michael Jackson to a huge pop. Miz attacked Uso with the Skull Crushing Finale and brought out Prince Pretty. Very funny segment.

2. Jimmy Uso beat Tyler Breeze. Uso came back for win with the Uso splash in about six minutes. OK match.

3. Paige, Charlotte, and Becky Lynch beat Sasha Banks, Naomi, and Tamina. PCB got the win after Paige locked in the PTO on Tamina in about ten minutes. Better than the last few tag matches between these teams. Renee Young came out after to talk to PCB about the Beat The Clock Challenge on Raw. Charlotte said that PCB will stick together no matter who wins on Raw.

4. Dean Ambrose beat Kevin Owens. Match of the night. Ambrose won with Dirty Deeds in about 15 minutes. I hope that WWE does more with these two together.

5. Jack Swagger beat Baron Corbin. The result surprised me with Swagger getting the Patriot Lock and tapout victory in six or seven minutes. The crowd popped big for Swagger.

6. Kofi Kingston and Xavier Woods (w/Big E) beat The Prime Time Players to retain the WWE Tag Team Championship. OK match. Big E interfered from outside with the Big Ending on Titus O’Neil, and Kofi stole a pin in about ten minutes.

7. John Cena defeated Seth Rollins in a WWE World Heavyweight Championship and U.S. Title match. A good match, not as good as their Raw or SummerSlam matches but still good. Cena took a low blow from Rollins for a DQ win in about 17 mins. Cena sent the crowd home happy with an AA to Rollins and JoJo thanked us for coming.

The best live event I have attended since about 2008. I took my six year-old and she had a blast. She is already begging me for Royal Rumble tickets.
