UPDATED: Tammy Sytch Ordered to Face Trial After No Showing Recent Hearing

UPDATE: While she has not commented on her no-showing her DUI, Tammy Sytch took to Facebook on July 28th — the day before her hearing — to say she was “in a ton of pain,” assumedly in regard to an ankle injury she suffered earlier in the week.

ORIGINAL: According to Pwinsider.com, Tammy “Sunny” Sytch is facing three sets of DUI charges in Pennsylvania. She will now head to trial for a May 30th arrest in Mahoning Township, PA after failing to appear in court for a hearing that was scheduled for Wednesday, July 29th. Sytch was charged with general impairment, driving under the influence, driving while operating privilege is suspended or revoked, and careless driving. At this time, police are in the process of obtaining a bench warrant for her arrest and she is scheduled to be arraigned on September 3rd. here are the details on her recent arrests…

* May 30: The arrest happened in Mahoning Township after driving erratically into a Wal-Mart parking lot and being pulled over by authorities. Her blood alcohol level was three times the legal driving limit

* June 1: The arrest happened in Towamensing Township following Sytch crashing her car. She has a hearing on August 19 for this case, where she was charged with DUI, driving without a license, failure to stay in her lane of traffic, and careless driving
