– Shane Helms spoke with WZ for a new interview, which you can listen to below. Helms said in the interview that he’s really enjoying his work as an agent for Impact, more than he thought he would.

“I love it way more than I thought I would,” Helms said. “I knew I would enjoy it but I didn’t think I would like it as much as I do. I get just as much enjoyment out of seeing somebody new go out there and try something new and just going for it. To see some of the things and some of the information and knowledge that I can share with them and see them utilize it. See why it works and how it works. Watch them learn. It’s like being a teacher. That’s the only thing I can compare it to. The joy a teacher must feel seeing a student excel. I really love it. I’m cognizant of the fact that my best years are behind me in terms of what I can do in the ring. I am very fine with that. I’ve aged gracefully. I aged like fine wine. I started out as a grape and life stomped the shit out of me. I’m very happy. I really enjoy what I’m doing.”
