According to Pwinsider.com, on March 13th, Big Blondes LLC (the company that owns the trademark for “Hogan’s Beach” in Florida) applied to file a trademark on the name “Thunderlips.” Thunderlips was the character that Hulk Hogan portrayed in Rocky 3. The trademark was specifically applied for a character that would provide services as a professional wrestler.
