Update on The WWE Network Situation in Canada
September 30, 2014 | Posted by
According to Pwinsider.com, Rogers in Canada submitted their application for the WWE Network to the CRTC on September 10th. The reason that this is being done is because the Network falls under the categorization of “non-Canadian programming.”
As previously reported, the company is up against the Canadian Radio-Television and Telecommunications Commission, who believe that the network is stepping on the toes of the Fight Network and other Canadian channels.
