According to The Wrestling Observer Newsletter, WWE is aggressively scouting independent talent. They are looking for people that are coachable, which the WON says likely means, “athletic people who are good listeners.” The report also says that they are also going to be very strict when it comes to the background checks. The company is targeting Lucha Underground talent who are contractually allowed to leave.
