UPDATEDx2: WWE & ESPN Reportedly Working on a Deal That Could See WWE Personalities on The Network
UPDATE 2: In a battle of conflicting reports, the Wrestling Observer reports that tonight’s ESPN/WWE announcement will be in regard to WrestleMania 32 and the network’s planned coverage of it.
Obviously this would seem to be different from PWInsider’s claim that ESPN will have a weekly “This Week in WWE” segment. It is entirely possible that both announcements will take place, however. We’ll know more at 9 PM ET.
UPDATE: Pwinsider.com reports that ESPN will be doing a weekly segment on SportsCenter recapping the Week in WWE.
ORIGINAL: It was reported last night that Seth Rollins is set to appear live on SportsCenter tonight at 9 PM ET with Jonathan Coachman. The MLW Twitter account now reports that WWE and ESPN are discussing WWE stars regularly appearing on the network…
