WWE News: Charles Robinson Comments on Being Part of Cena’s Rumble Win, Booker T in Mattress Ads, Stock Slips

– Charles Robinson spoke with WWE.com about refereeing for John Cena’s match with AJ Styles at the Royal Rumble, where Cena won his sixteenth World Championship to tie Ric Flair’s record. Robinson, who has long been associated with Ric Flair, said he talked about the match afterward with Cena and said, “We were just talking about how cool it was that I’ve reffed for Ric Flair so many times and now I’m refereeing his 16th title and tying [it] up with Ric. He thought that was pretty freaking cool.”

Robinson also commented on his injury saying, “I tore my plantar fasciitis like seven minutes into the match. So I’m limping around, trying to do the match — which was incredible — but what I was gonna do? Throw up the big “X” for myself?!”
