WWE News: Vince Talks Smackdown Move to USA, Soccer Player Credits Daniel Bryan, More
– WWE.com has an article discussing Smackdown’s move to the USA Network in January. The article includes a quote from Vince McMahon, who says:
WWE is proud to have SmackDown join Raw as part of our expanded partnership with USA Network. The combination of the No. 1 cable network and two ratings juggernauts provides a destination for our viewers and an extraordinary platform for our partners.”
– Major League Soccer player Steve Clark spoke with MLS about his use of Daniel Bryan’s “YES!” chant at Colombus Crew games. When the interview called it Clark’s “signature move,” Clark was quick to credit Daniel Bryan, saying:
“First of all, I’m not the creator, Daniel Bryan is the creator. I thought the energy that he brings, Columbus could really, really go with it. It has become a thing of it’s own, so if I wanted to stop, I don’t think I’d make it out of the stadium. The fans love it, It’s kind of become our signature, a little part of this team’s character and culture.”
– John Cena took to Twitter for a little aspirational quote, posting:
I never mind analyzation, but it's tough to process complaining. Identify the issue, work towards a resolve. #nevergiveup
