WWE NXT House Show Results 12.20.14 – Lakeland, Florida

(1) Wesley Blake def. Tony Briggs

(2) Angelo Dawkins & Sawyer Fulton def. Scott Dawson & Dash Wilder. A really, really good tag team match. All of these guys should be on NXT more frequently.

(3) Solomon Crowe def. Cal Bishop. Numerous reports are saying Bishop looked hurt at the end of the match, and that they rushed the finish to check him out.

-Mojo Rawley came out to hype his return to NXT. He was still in a sling and said he was at least two months away from return.

(4) Baron Corbin def. Tye Dillinger

(5) Alexa Bliss def. Dana Brooks and Carmella in a 3-way match.

(6) Bull Dempsey def. Jason Jordan.

-Kevin Owens came out and initially got a mixed reaction. When he said he wasn’t competing tonight because “nobody would fight him” he pretty much drew 100% heat.

(7) Enzo Amore, Big Cass & Kalisto def. The Vaudevillians & CJ Parker in a decent 6-man tag main event.

This was a pretty good show. At least they brought some of the NXT TV guys out so we had a few people to really care about. I don’t understand the idea of having Kevin Owens on the show if he’s not going to do anything. He could have fought literally anyone, and it would have been the most over match on the card. Sin Cara was on the WWE live tour, so they just threw Kalisto in the main event.
